一种基于直线式CMRC的宽阻带低通滤波器设计

摘要
本文对一种直线式紧凑微带谐振单元(BCMRC)进行了仿真分析,该直线式CMRC单元具有显著的宽阻带和慢波特性。将2个直线式CMRC单元级联,设计了一款插入损耗低、阻带宽、结构紧凑、易于加工的低通滤波器。该滤波器在0-40GHz插入损耗小于0.25d B。抑制度大于15d B的阻带范围为73-203GHz。该直线式CMRC滤波器可用于太赫兹分谐波混频器的中频滤波器。
A beeline compact microstrip resonant cell(BCMRC) is simulated and analyzed, which exhibits remarkable wide stopband and slow-wave characteristics. A novel lowpass filter, incorporating two BCMRCs in series, is proposed and simulated, which shows advantages of low insertion loss, high and wide rejection in the stopband, compact size and easy to process. An insertion loss of less than 0.25 d B is obtained from 0 to 40 GHz. The stopband with attenuation more than 15 d B is from 73 GHz to 203 GHz. The filter with BCMRC can be used in terahertz subharmonic mixer as an intermediate frequency(IF) filter.
