具有频选特性的K波段三倍频器设计

摘要
本文基于肖特基反向并联二极管对(APDP)DMK2308,研制了具有较低变频损耗和良好输出功率平坦度的K波段三倍频器。该倍频器输出端集成了一个指定频段的带通滤波器,并进行了一体化仿真优化,从而实现了良好的频选特性。基于二极管对的等效电路模型,利用HFSS和ADS相结合的场路联合仿真方法,优化设计了倍频器的输入输出匹配和滤波器电路。测试结果表明,在输出21.6~24.9GHz频率范围内,输入功率为12d Bm时,倍频损耗典型值为16.5d B,输出功率平坦度为±1.8d B,测试结果与仿真结果具有较好的一致性,带外抑制特性明显。
Based on the anti-parallel diode pair(APDP) DMK2308 which can effectively suppress the even harmonic components of frequency doubling signal, a K-band frequency tripler with low conversion loss and good output power flatness is developed in this paper. A frequency-specified bandpass filter is integrated at the output of the tripler. And then the whole module is simulated and optimized to achieve good frequency-selection characteristics. Based on the equivalent circuit model of the diode pair, using HFSS and ADS joint simulation, input and output matching networks and frequency selection circuits are optimally designed. The frequency tripler is fabricated and tested across the pass band 21.6~24.9GHz, when driven with 12 d Bm of input power, its measured typical conversion loss is 16.5d B,the output power flatness is ±1.8d B. Measured data are in good agreement with the simulation results. It has a good out-of-band rejection.
