应用于5G移动通信系统的频率源研制

摘要
本文结合5G移动通信系统的候选频段,设计了应用于3.5GHz收发信机的频率源。论文首先分析了几种频率合成的方法,最终选择锁相环频率合成的方法使用频率合成芯片ADF4355来实现该频率源。论文分析了减小相位噪声的几种方法,并选择了合适的鉴相频率、环路滤波器的环路带宽和相位裕度。测试结果表明,频率源相位噪声在频率偏移1k、10k、100k、1MHz处分别为-99、-105、-106、-131d Bc/Hz。
In this paper, a frequency synthesizer for 3.5GHz transceiver is designed on the basis of candidate frequency band of 5G mobile communication systems. Several frequency synthesizers are discussed at the beginning of the paper and we finally choose the phase locked loop frequency synthesizer using frequency synthesizer chip ADF4355. Several methods for decreasing the phase noise are presented in this paper and we choose the proper phase detector frequency and suitable loop bandwidth and phase margin of the loop filter. On the basis of test results, the phase noise of the frequency synthesizer is about-99,-105,-106,-131 d Bc/Hz on frequency offset 1k, 10 k, 100 k, 1MHz.
