基于HMSIW馈电的宽带准八木天线设计

摘要
本文基于HMSIW(Half-mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide)结构,采用三维电磁仿真软件(Ansoft HFSS)进行仿真优化,设计了一个准八木型宽带微带天线。在HMSIW结构和引向器上分别引入缝隙,实现了较宽的带宽。仿真结果显示,天线工作频段在7.309-14.062GHz,相对带宽为61.59%(S11<-10d B),在中心频率10.7GHz处,峰值增益约为5.84d B,前后比约为13.6d B,辐射效率约为98.57%。该天线不仅达到了宽带的要求,获得了较好的方向特性,而且这种天线结构紧凑、体积小、剖面低、设计简单。
In this paper, based on the structure of HMSIW(Half-mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide), a quasi-Yagi broadband microstrip antenna is designed by using three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software(Ansoft HFSS). The slot is designed on the HMSIW and the director, respectively. The Simulation results show that the antenna operating frequency band is 7.309-14.062 GHz. At the center frequency of 10.7GHz, the relative bandwidth is 61.59%(S11<-10 d B). The peak gain is about 5.84 d B. The front to back ratio is about 13.6d B and the radiation efficiency is about 98.57%. The antenna not only meets the requirement of broadband, but also has good directional characteristics. The antenna is compact, small in size, low in profile and simple in design.
