紧凑型Ka波段收发组件内监测网络设计

摘要
本文设计了一种应用于多通道收发组件中的内监测网络,其采用LTCC多层工艺将射频组件与内监测网络集为一体,结构极为紧凑。利用平行耦合的方式对射频输出通道进行了幅相采样,然后对多路采样信号进行功率合成,最后经由组件底部自监测接口输出。文中主要介绍了收发组件内监测具体的实现方法及分析结果,并对样件进行了性能测量。测试结果表明,双通道内监测网络的幅度一致性1d B以内,带内幅度波动±2d B,能够满足收发组件内监测的功能需求。
In this paper, an inner monitor network used for multipath T/R module has been designd. The usage of LTCC technology to integrated with RF microwave board and inner monitor. The amplitude and phase of RF export signal has been detected by the method of parallel coupler, and then synthetize the power by the structure of perpendicular transition. And finally realized the inner monitor signal transfer by traveling wave feeding method. This paper mainly introduces the design method, analysis results and measure performance inner monitor in T/R module. The test results show that, the two-channels T/R module with good amplitude consistency.
