成飞公司标件车间生产作业信息管理系统的设计与实施技术

摘要
随着中国加入WTO,全球经济一体化进程加快,竞争日趋激烈,企业信息化水平已成为企业对市场应变能力和参与市场竞争能力的关键。而车间级生产作业管理的优劣决定了企业生产效率的高低。研究如何应用现代先进的信息技术与我国制造业车间级作业管理的特点相结合,开发车间级生产作业信息管理系统具有重要的应用价值。
     本文以ERP/MRPII/JIT混合模式为指导思想,深入分析了成都飞机公司标准件车间(简称成飞标件车间)的现行生产作业管理模式及其业务流程,提出了成飞标件车间生产作业信息管理系统(Workshop IMS)的解决方案。论述了Workshop IMS系统的改进业务流程、数据流、体系结构、系统模型、数据结构、网络拓扑结构设计和运行环境,详细说明了该系统的总体框架。
     Workshop IMS是一个C/S和B/S计算模式相结合的多层分布式应用程序系统。本文着重论述了数据库的数据建模技术、分布式环境下的数据访问技术、异构数据库集成技术,分布式环境下的数据安全措施;还阐述了如何构建多层基于Web的分布式应用程序,以及协同作业技术。
     本文还分析了移动Agent和数据库中的知识发现,建立了用于WorkshopIMS质量跟踪管理子系统中分布式环境下的数据库知识发现模型。
     Workshop IMS系统已成功地应用于成飞标件车间,实现了生产现场适时管理、产品工艺信息辅助管理、生产计划智能化管理、仓储联机管理、经营管理条理化和质量跟踪管理等;还为标件车间各职能部门之间以及标件车间与外车间之间提供了一个协同工作的环境,提高了成飞标件车间生产作业的敏捷性。
With China's accession of the World Trade Organization (WTO), the process of economic globalization steps up and the competition increasingly hastens. The level of informationization has been a crisis of enterprise to react promptly and efficiently to changes in environmental and marketing condition, and to participate in keen market competitions. While the productivity of an enterprise is governed by its management of workshop production scheduling, it is practically important to explore how to integrate advanced information technologies with mcinagement of workshop production scheduling in our manufacturing enterprises, and accordingly develop such an information management system of workshop production scheduling.
    In the paper, with reference to the hybrid of ERP/MRPII/JIT, and investigation of the existing workflow as well as production scheduling management mode of Standard Workshop of Chengdu Airplane Company, the solution to information management system of production scheduling for Standard Workshop of Chengdu Airplane Company(viz. Workshop IMS) is
    
    
    presented. The paper delineates the improved production flow, data flow, architecture, system model, data structure, design of network topology and operating environment of Workshop IMS. Furthermore, the main frame of the workshop IMS system is discussed in detail.
    Workshop IMS is multi-tier distributed application with mixed computer model with B/S and C/S, The paper emphasizes on such techniques in the distributed environment as database modeling, data access, integrated heterogeneous databases and data security, and explains how to architect a multi-tier distributed application on web, as well as cooperation technique.
    The paper analyzes mobile agent and knowledge discovered in database, and puts forward the model of knowledge discovered in database in the distributed environment applied to quality following sub-system of Workshop IMS.
    Workshop IMS is successfully used to Chengdu Airplane Company, the main achievements of which are listed as follows: timely management in production locale, aided management of technical information, intelligentized management of production scheduling, online management of warehouse, systematization of market management, management of measure and management of quality follow, and which provides a cooperative environment among functional departments of Standard Workshop, and between Standard Workshop and others, so that Agility of production scheduling for Standard Workshop is raised.
