外贴碳纤维材料加固混凝土构件的力学性能及工程应用

摘要
近年来,纤维类材料在土木工程中的应用一直是国内外研究的热点,随着碳纤维材料的技术成熟,碳纤维材料(CFRP)已成为迄今为止应用于土木工程加固修复中最广泛的一种高科技材料。本文重点研究碳纤维制成织物片材粘贴到混凝土表面用于结构的补强与加固的技术特点,从理论上探讨CFRP加固混凝土结构的设计原理,分析二次受力对加固结构的弯矩承载力的影响;同时对外贴碳纤维加固混凝土的抗弯和抗剪提供一种简单、实用的设计方法,供工程设计人员参考,对碳纤维布加固混凝土梁中出现剥离破坏也进行了分析,提供了最大剥离正应力的计算公式,以及对外贴CFRP加固结构构件的粘贴构造与锚固进行了阐述。
     二十一世纪,随着碳纤维材料的国产化进程和材料技术的不断进步,碳纤维材料无疑将会带来最大的经济效益和社会效益,因此研究这种新兴材料的设计原理和设计方法及有关施工技术措施具有十分重要的意义。
Recently, the application of fiber reinforced composites in civil engineering is now a hot sport in the research and development of the international civil engineering field. With the technical maturity of the carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP), CFRP has become the most widely applied composite materials for the rehabilitation and retrofit of reinforced concrete members. This paper mainly introduces technologies of bending carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) plates or fabrics to the web of reinforced concrete members , and also this paper discusses the design principles of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) used in the reinforced concrete members, as well as considering the preload effect to the bending capacity of the reinforced concrete members. Finally , a kind of new practical method is put forward ,and may be a reference for practical engineering designer .In the meantime ,this paper analyzes the "local failure" caused by shear and normal stress concentrations at the plate ends that can easily incorporated into design equations .Furthermore ,the bonding and anchoring conformation of concrete members strengthened by carbon fiber reinforced plastics also be set forth.
    In 21st century, with the development of national-produced process and product technology of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP), no doubt, CFRP strengthening technique will bring huge economic profit to our society. So it is very important to study the design principle and method and construction technology of this new fiber-reinforced composites.
