长治钢铁(集团)有限公司炼钢厂重点设备状态监测与故障诊断方法的研究与系统开发

摘要
为了保证生产的顺利进行,避免设备发生事故和保障人身安全,提高经济效益,设备状态监测与故障诊断技术越来越受到人们的重视。开发计算机状态监测与故障诊断系统,是实现设备预知维修的一个重要举措,也是实现现代企业设备动态管理的一条重要途径,具有很高的实用价值。
     在研究状态监测与故障诊断方法的基础上,并对模糊理论与模式识别理论相结合形成了模糊故障诊断方法进行了研究,利用模糊诊断方法关键在于模糊关系矩阵的确定,本文对此作了一定的新探索。
     本文在总结各种状态监测与故障诊断方法的基础上,根据长治钢铁(集团)有限公司炼钢分厂制氧车间的关键设备H410空气压缩机组生产的需要,针对其开车、稳定运行和停车几种状态,在进行现场调研和查阅有关文献的基础上,开发了H410空气压缩机状态监测与故障诊断系统。该系统将信号采集、信号处理、信号分析、故障诊断与故障预报融合为一体,操作简单、功能完善、自动化程度高。基本上满足了计算机自动状态监测与故障诊断的需要。
     经实践证明,该系统分析结果正确、运行可靠、效果良好。具有实用性和可行性。
The condition monitored and failure diagnosis techniques are becoming more and more important for manufacture being gone on wheels, avoiding accident of facilities, making the operator safely, and increasing the economic benefit. The work of developing computerized automatic monitoring and diagnosis system has very huge practical value because it is an important measure of realizing prescient servicing and managing facilities dynamically in enterprise.
    In this thesis, on the basis of method study on condition monitored and failure diagnosis, study on fuzzy condition monitored and failure diagnosis method on the basis of associative operation of fuzzy theory and pattern identification theory, critical path of using the method is creation fuzzy relative matrixes by using fuzzy condition monitored and failure diagnosis method , in the paper author make much study.
    On the basis of summary of several kinds method on condition monitored and failure diagnosis and referring a lot of literature and the practical situation of oxygen shop floor of ChangZhi Iron &. Steel (Group) Co. Ltd Steelworks , the system about condition monitored and failure diagnosis on H410 air compressor is developed in this thesis. The system has following cases: start, stable function , end. The software has many good characters such as: using easily, perfect functions, high automatization etc. All of these meet the need of computerized automatic monitoring and diagnosis very well.
    Much result of diagnosis verified that the system has correct analysis result, dependable functions and very good effect by practice. So, it can conclude that the software is feasible and effective.
