基于敏捷供应链的协同生产管理系统研究

摘要
本文结合国家863“面向电子商务的流程企业敏捷供需链管理”项目,基于SCOR模型,为解决敏捷供应链中联盟企业间的协同生产管理相关问题,在供应链计划、生产过程管理与控制两方面开展了系统的、具体的研究。
     第一章绪论部分首先简要介绍了供应链的三个发展阶段及其主要特征,在分析供应链协同生产管理及其软件现状的基础上,引出本文研究的意义与主要研究内容。
     第二章简单介绍了SCOR模型的三个层次,在此基础上分两个部分对供应链协同生产进行研究,即供应链计划、供应链生产过程管理与控制,并建立了两个部分的业务流程模型和信息流表示。
     第三章在分析供应链环境特点及供应链计划需求的基础上,提出了分级供应链计划的概念。在完成供应链计划系统的功能设计与数据库设计之后,对其中的关键问题——任务分配与协调问题进行了探讨,并提出了一种基于成本的分配算法。
     第四章在分析了敏捷供应链下的业务过程特点和递阶控制的缺点之后,考虑到系统的柔性和耦合度提出了基于消息事件的过程监控模型。设计了三种过程监控方式(基于虚拟库存的过程监控、关键物料的工序级监控和交互式监控),提出了监控过程控制流和数据流分离的实现技术。
     第五章设计了系统的应用体系框架和系统的数据库分布,设计了系统集成的三层体系架构(接口、中间件层、Legacy系统)。并对系统所需的基础数据进行了分析与设计,对软件设计中的难点问题——树的数据结构进行了探讨。
     第六章根据前面对供应链计划、生产过程管理与控制、基础数据的研究与设计,给出了相应的运行实例。
     第七章对论文进行了总结,并对供应链协同生产管理的难点问题、有待继续研究的问题进行了展望。
This dissertation focuses on several problems in synergic production management of agile supply chain management, combined with the project sponsored by the national 863 programs. Based on the SCOR model, the dissertation is mainly concerned with systematical and detail investigation including supply chain planning, producing process management and control.
    Chapter 1 introduces the development and main characters of supply chain firstly. Then the objective of the thesis is pointed out, and the research frame is presented after the state of the art in synergic production management is analyzed.
    Chapter 2 establishes the business process model and information flow figure of the two prime aspects: the SCM planning, the producing process management and control basing on SCOR model, the three arrangements of which is discussed.
    Chapter 3 presents the conception of hierarchical supply chain plan on the basis of analyzing the environment characteristics and planning demand of supply chain. After finishing the design of the functions and database of the SCM planning system, the chapter probes in the key problem in planning of the distribution and coordination of the task and bring forward a distribution algorithm based on cost.
    Chapter 4 present a process management and control model according to the mechanism of message and event accounting for the flexibility and coupling of the system after analyzing the characteristics of business process and the defects of the current process management systems.
    Three process management and control modes-the process monitoring based on virtual
    inventory, the procedure monitoring of the key materials, and commutative monitoring ,are designed. The realization technology which separates control flow from data flow is put forward.
    Chapter 5 designs the systematical architecture of the application system, the distribution of databases, and the integrated three-tier architecture (interface, middleware, legacy). And then discusses the difficult problem in the design of software: the data structure of the tree after analyzing and designing the basic data demanded by the system.
    Chapter 6 provides some running examples according to the prior research and design about
    the SCM planning, producing process management and control, the basic data.
    Chapter 7 summarizes the achievements of the whole thesis and prospects the difficult problems which is worthy of the further research in the future.
