家电销售管理信息系统的设计与开发

摘要
目前,世界各大零售企业纷纷在我国登陆,中国已成为国际集团争夺的主战场。我国的零售企业与国际著名的零售集团相比,无论在规模、资金还是在运营经验、信息管理手段和高新技术的运用上差距都十分明显,如何适应这种变化、迎接这种挑战并参与这种竞争已成为中国零售企业必须解决的重大课题。
     中国的家电零售企业为了自身的进一步发展,必须对其传统的销售模式进行改造,建立先进的管理信息系统,提高家电零售企业的销售管理水平,最终建成网络化的销售管理信息系统。本文第一章论述了研究家电销售管理信息系统的意义和当前应用的状况,第二章阐述了管理信息系统和销售理论,第三~六章通过系统调查分析,结合企业资源计划的思想进行了系统的设计和开发,第七章列举了几个家电企业应用销售管理信息系统的实例。
At present, with the coming of world big retail enterprises, China has become the main competing field of the retail magnate. Comparing with the famous retail groups, our retail enterprises are obviously inferior to them either on size and capital or on the operation experience, information management and the able of using high-tech. It is critical time to meet the challenge and the competition.
    For the future development, Chinese appliance retail enterprises must improve the traditional sale model, build up advanced management information system, increase the whole management scale and form the net-like appliances sales manage information system.
    In the first chapter, the meaning and applied situation of appliance sales management information system are introduced. In the second chapter, the management information system and sales theories are set forth. From the third chapter to the sixth chapter, design and development of the management information system are finished through system investigation and analysis, combining with the theories of Enterprises Resource Planning. In the seventh chapter several examples of applying sales management information system are given.
