价值工程主导下的企业竞争优势构造研究

摘要
在动态复杂的环境下,企业应当树立什么样的经营理念,采取何种经营机制、何种管理技术获取竞争优势。实现可持续发展,日益成为企业立足市场、求得生存和发展的迫切课题。同时,价值工程(简称VE)作为现代思想方法和管理技术,应用领域不断扩充,出现了不少以企业管理为研究对象的优秀成果。在此背景下,本文把价值工程运用于企业竞争优势构造,试图构造一个以功能为导向的竞争优势构造模式。
     论文共分为六章。第一章阐述了论文的研究背景,研究论题,研究思路和结构框架。第二章首先描述了价值工程在竞争优势构造中的基本构想,接着引出了竞争优势层次性互动模型,最后总括了用价值工程构造整体竞争优势的思路。第三章构造了企业产品-市场功能层的竞争优势,模拟VE对象选取法构造了下位功能基于顾客价值管理和次下位功能基于顾客服务管理的竞争优势。第四章构造了企业价值链功能层的竞争优势,模拟VE对象选取法构造了下位功能基于内部价值链和次下位功能基于业务流程的竞争优势。第五章构造了企业核心能力功能层的竞争优势,模拟VE对象选取法构造了下位功能基于独特能力的竞争优势。第六章构造了企业战略逻辑功能层的竞争优势,模拟VE对象选取法构造了下位功能基于产业洞察力的竞争优势。
In a dynamic and complex environment, to gain competitive advantage and to ensure sustaining development, which management conception, management mechanism and management technique enterprises should be developed ,adopt and used , have been become enterprises' important problems, which make for enterprises stand in market and continue development. At the same time, Value engineering(VE),as a thoughtway and management technique, is extended largely in many appliance realms. There have been many excellent research fruits which regards enterprise management as research object. Under this background, I apply value engineering in constructing competitive advantage in this thesis, and try to structure a function-oriented model to construct the enterprise competitive advantage.
    The whole thesis consists of six chapters. Chapter one introduces the background of the research, puts forward the question, summarizes the train thought of research and structure frame of the thesis. Chapter two first introduces the basic thoughtway for VE applied in constructing enterprise
    
    
    competitive advantage. Then illustrates the competitive advantages interactive model. Finally summarizes the program to construct the whole enterprise competitive advantage in VE. Chapter three constructs the enterprise product-market functional level competitive advantage and benchmarks object selecting method in VE to construct the advantage respectively based on customer value management and customer service management. Chapter four constructs the enterprise value chain functional level competitive advantage and benchmarks object selecting method in VE to construct the advantage respectively based on the enterprise interior value chain and business process. Chapter five constructs the enterprise core competence functional level competitive advantage and benchmarks object selecting method in VE to construct the advantage based on the enterprise special ability. Chapter six constructs the enterprise strategic logic functional level competitive advantage and benchmarks object selecting method in VE to constr
    uct the advantage based on the enterprise industry insight.
