中国化学化工期刊文献处理系统的设计与实现

摘要
在信息时代，人们对信息检索的要求越来越高。随着信息技术的迅猛发展，检索手段也不断发展。但是无论使用何种检索手段还是采用何种检索方法，高质量的被检索的数据才是高质量检索的基础。因此要对文献做加工处理，以得到高质量的目标数据。
本文介绍的系统就是一个对化学化工文献加工处理，得到所需的目标数据的系统。
全文分为五个部分：第一部分从人们对信息检索的要求出发，通过对几种检索手段的比较来论述对文献进行加工，得到高质量数据的必要性，即建立本系统的目的。第二部分为系统的需求分析，通过对文献加工的业务流程分析和用户的行为分析得出系统开发重点。第三部分论述了开发平台的分析与选择，通过对客户机／服务器模式(Client/Server,简称C/S)结构和 Web 浏览器／服务器模式(Browse/Server,简称B/S)两种结构的比较分析，结合本系统的需求和特点，得出选择C/S结构模式的结论。第四部分是系统设计和实现部分，分别详细讨论了数据库设计和功能设计。数据库设计从需求分析出发，结合系统的业务流程和系统的处理需要，确定了数据库的结构和具体表单的内容以及表之间的关系；功能设计包括了文章加工、系统支持和管理三大块；强调和突出了设计中以实现质量控制为核心的思想，着重阐述了系统支持功能如拼音转换、中英文翻译支持和缩写转换等功能以及系统提供的管理功能如用户管理、结果检查和质量控制等功能。第五部分论述了系统应用情况、优点和对其他文献处理系统的借鉴意义。
At information age, people have more and more high expectations for information retrieval. No matter which kind of search tools used and which kind of search strategy adopted, it is the high-quality data that are the basis of high-quality results. Therefore documents should be analyzed and processed.
The system introduced in this paper is a system that processes chemical documents and gets the data needed.
First of all, this paper discusses people's requisition of information retrieval and analyzes several kinds of search tools to draw the conclusion that the high-quality data are the basis of the high-quality results and documents should be analyzed and processed, which is the purpose of this system.
Secondly, this paper analyzes the workflow and user's behavior.
Thirdly, this paper discusses the differences between Client/Server structure mode and Browse/Server structure mode, and it explains the reasons of choosing Client/Server structure mode.
Fourthly, this paper expoumds the design of database and functions. It focuses on support functions such as abbreviation function and the function of checking spelling; and it also focuses on management functions such as user management and quality evaluation.
Last but not the least, this paper expounds the performance of the system and reference to other documents-processing systems.
