摘要
通过对光学三维传感的研究,在有效的消除或减少光源质量、混频频率、余弦投影条纹形变和透视成像所造成的各种误差的前提下,本课题提出了新的三维自动剪裁和拼接算法,使得采用结构光投影的三维测量系统实现了360°测量。同时,通过将计算机算法、程序和控制硬件加以整合,最终建立了采用面结构光照明的、基于三维拼接技术的、实用、快速、精确的360°三维形貌测量系统。
Errors that are caused by Laser speckle, mixing frequency, deformation of cosine fringes and perspective projection are corrected in the 3-D shape measurement system using structured light. On this precondition, a new multiview connection arithmetic for 360-deg 3-D measurement is presented. Lastly, a new 3-D shape measurement system for 360-deg based on 3-D multiview connection technique is established.
