旅游非优区旅游资源的评价与开发模式研究

摘要
旅游非优区是旅游科学研究的重要领域,在旅游发展日臻成熟的今天,它更是旅游学研究的热点问题之一。随着当前旅游市场结构的改变和交通运输的发展,中国旅游业发展的空间格局正在发生深刻的变化,即:在空间尺度上,国内短线旅游将与长线旅游并驾齐驱成为发展的主流;在空间位置上,温点地区逐渐向热点地区转化。这就意味着旅游非优区的发展面临着前所未有的良机,因此加强对这类地区的研究不仅具有理论意义,而且具有迫切的现实意义。
     本文首先指出运城市是一个典型的旅游非优区,并以运城市为例,探讨旅游非优区旅游资源开发的条件和开发模式。本文共分六部分,第一部分阐明了该论文的研究意义及国内外研究现状;第二部分分析了运城市旅游环境条件和旅游资源开发条件:第三部分重点分类介绍了运城市的主要旅游资源,并指出了其总体特征;第四部分主要是评价和分析,是文章的主体部分。首先对运城市旅游资源进行了分类,然后选择其中品位较高、有重要科学艺术历史文化价值、影响较大的36个景区(点)进行了分级评价,通过对评价结果排序得出该市旅游资源的开发顺序,并对运城在山西省中的地位进行了比较分析,以及运城旅游资源开发的SWOT分析和旅游市场分析;第五部分是文章的核心内容,探讨了运城市旅游资源的开发模式。第六部分是文章的总结。主要结论有:
     1、运城市是一个典型的旅游非优区。因为:其旅游资源丰富但开发不足;旅游市场区位较差;区域通达性和交通便捷性有待改善;是旅游资源大市,但不是旅游经济强市。
     2、按照2003年最新国标,笔者将运城市的旅游资源划分为8个主类,20个亚类,
    
    44个基本类型。通过运城旅游资源分级评价,运城旅游资源近期的开发次序为:关帝
    庙、普救寺、瑞莱斯漂浮浴场、鹤雀楼、永乐宫、夏县温泉、历山、蒲津渡遗址、司
    马光墓和黄河幽峡平湖等几个价值较高、影响较大、具有一定规模和开发基础的旅游
    景区(点)。
     4.通过山西省n个市区的旅游资源特色、旅游接待量和旅游服务设施水平进行比
    较分析,得出:运城旅游资源具有明显区别于其它市区的特色和优势,但在旅游接待
    量和旅游服务设施水平的比较中,运城和旅游资源开发较好的太原、大同等市还有相
    当大的差距。同时,对运城市旅游资源的开发条件进行了S哟T分析,运城市旅游资
    源开发目前还存在着许多不利因素,但仍有很大的开发空间和潜力。
     5.根据调查结果,从游客构成、停留时间和消费结构方面分析了运城旅游市场的
    特点。以休闲度假和公务活动为目的的游客和中青年游客为主,停留时间较短,平均
    为2.5天,旅游消费人均373.3元,其中以行、游、住、食为主,占到消费总额的65.8%,
    而消费弹性较大的购娱仅占12.4%,说明运城市旅游资源开发还处于初级阶段。
     6.对旅游非优区旅游资源与相关因子之间的关系进行了理论分析,提出了旅游非
    优区旅游资源开发相关因素关系的理论模式,并就运城市旅游资源开发的限制性因素
    提出了运城旅游资源的开发模式,即:针对区内的多中心—腹地型旅游资源开发模
    式;及区内外联合的旅游资源开发模式,包括资源互补—共享型开发模式和资源共
    享—联合型开发模式。
     7.对今后运城市旅游资源的开发及旅游业的发展提出了一些对策和具体措施。
A non- excellent district of tourism is an important realm in the research of tourist science. Today, with tourism development going into maturity stage, it even becomes one of the hottest issues. The spatial placement of tourism in China is coming through great transformation with the change of current tourist market structure and transportation conditions. That's to say, on the space criterion, internal jaunt is becoming development mainstream, being co-ordinate with long-time trip, and on space location, the week point of tourist development is gradually being strengthened to the tourist hot spot, and both will become the elite of tourism development. This signifies the development of disadvantageous tourism zones faces with unprecedented opportunity. So it's very significant not only ideally but also realistically to fortify the research of non- excellent district of tourism.
    This thesis points out firstly Yuncheng is a typical disadvantageous tourism zone, and then takes Yuncheng as an example, studies development conditions and development Mode of tourist resources in a disadvantageous tourism zone. This text is divided into totally seven parts, the first part clarified research meaning of the thesis and domestic and international research present conditions. The second part analyzes the tourism environment conditions and the development conditions of tourist resources in Yuncheng. The third part introduces in brief Yuncheng's main tourist resources, and pointed out its total characteristic. The fourth part Mainly appraise and analyse, it is the subject part of the
    
    
    article. In the part, before making the evaluation, the author first makes classifications about tourist resources of Yuncheng. Among these tourist resources thirty-six chosen as evaluation objects, which have higher quantity and bigger influence, and have important value on science, art, and history culture are evaluated on ratings. Meanwhile, I has carried on comparative analysis the position in Shanxi of Yuncheng and SWOT analysis of development of tourist resources of Yuncheng and market analysis of the travel. Through ordering of evaluation result makes the development orders of Yuncheng's tourist resources. Some problems existed during the resources development process are put forward and corresponding solutions are offered in the next part. The fifth part puts forward with the development mode of tourist resources of Yuncheng. The sixth part is the summary of the article. It is the core contents of the article from the fourth part to the fifth part. The main conclusions include:
    1. Yuncheng is a typical non- excellent district of tourism. Firstly, its resources are abundant but not developed sufficiently. Secondly, the position of tourist market is relatively bad too. Thirdly, Area person who lead to and getting convenient to is it improve to remain traffic; The last, but not the least, it is the large city of tourist resources, but it takes a blame in the strong city of tourist economy.
    2. According to the latest national standard of 2003, I divide tourist resources of Yuncheng into 8 main facts, 20 inferior kinds, and 44 basic types. Through the hierarchical appraisal of tourist resources of Yuncheng, the recent development order of tourist resources of Yuncheng is: Guandi Temple, rescue the temple generally, auspicious Les floats in the outdoor bathing place, stork's sparrow's floor, Yongle palace, hot spring of Xia County, Li mountain, Pujin ferry crossing ruins, the tomb of Si Maguang and the sequester gorge and quiet lake of Yellow River, etc. These travel scenic areas(spots) have higher
    
    value, greater impact, sure scale and development basic.
    4. Carrying on comparative analysis through the tourist resources characteristic, travel reception amount and service facility level of the travel of 11 urban areas in Shanxi, draw a conclusion: The tourist resources in Yuncheng have obvious characteristic and advantage different from other urban areas, but in comparison of travel reception amount and service facility level of the travel
