基于系统动力学的煤炭企业循环经济系统研究

摘要
我国是煤炭资源生产和消耗的大国,煤炭资源在一次资源的消耗中仍然占有较大的比重。在当今世界可持续发展的大环境下,我国以煤炭为主的一次能源消费结构将面临能源需求增长和环境保护的双重压力,煤炭工业如何保证能源供应与安全,如何摒弃传统的发展模式,以循环经济的理念和模式促进煤炭产业与经济和环境的协调发展成为关注的要点。
     本文在借鉴国内外循环经济发展模式和经验的基础上,运用系统动力学的方法对煤炭行业循环经济系统进行了研究,构建了煤炭行业循环经济动力学模型,提出了适合我国煤炭企业循环经济系统发展的通用模式。本文的主要工作和创新点如下:
     第一,在总结归纳国内外煤炭企业循环经济典型模式的基础上,分析了国内外煤炭企业循环经济发展模式的异同点,提炼出了体现我国循环经济发展特点和符合我国煤炭循环经济产业链特征的煤炭企业循环经济发展的思路;
     第二,从煤炭行业、生态矿区、煤炭企业由大到小的三个层面分析了其循环经济发展的影响因素,厘清了煤炭企业生态系统主要变量的反馈控制关系,构建了一个通用的煤炭行业生态系统动态仿真模型;
     第三,通过对枣矿集团循环经济的SWOT分析,提出了枣矿集团循环经济的发展思路、发展原则以及发展循环经济的重点任务。循环经济产业链是循环经济发展的一项重要工程,文章再结合集团现状和国内外煤炭企业循环经济产业链的构建以及典型循环经济发展模式,规划建设了体现区域特征、符合企业产品能量循环特点的循环经济产业链。
     第四,用枣庄矿业集团2000-2009年的企业发展数据对构建的的煤炭企业生态系统动力学模型进行vensim的有效性检验和修订,采用修订后的模型对枣矿发展的四种假设模式进行仿真分析,结果表明,循环经济发展模式是枣矿集团可取的发展模式。
     第五,结合枣矿集团煤炭生态系统的仿真结果,从政策支撑体系、技术支撑体系、资源供给支撑体系以及信息服务支撑体系四个方面提出了枣矿集团发展循环经济的支撑体系,从再生资源管理体系的建立、回收体系的整顿和规范、前后向产业链的完善、循环经济运作模式的创新和政府支持等方面提出了集团发展循环经济的保障措施。
As a large coal producing and consuming country, coal is always at the mainposition on the once sources consuming. With the world’s sustainable developmentenvironment, our coal-based primary energy consumption structure of energy demandwill face the dual pressures of growth and environmental protection. How to ensureenergy supply and security for coal industry and enterprises, and how to abandon thetraditional development model, and how to coordinate the development among thecoal industry, the economy and the environment become the focus.
     Based on the study of the experience and development model of circulareconomy home and abroad, this thesis systematically studys the the coal businesseconomic system using system dynamics in order to search for a generic dynamicmodel of the China's coal business economic system. The main works and innovationsare as follows:
     Firstly, the thesis summarizes the typical mode of circular economy of domesticand outboard coal enterprises, then based on the previous syudy, the thesis analysissimilarities and differences between the domestic and international coal enterprises’circular economy development model to give out some thinking of the developmentof circular economy in China's coal enterprise.
     Secondly, from three levels, that is the coal industry, ecological mining area andcoal companies, the thesis analyzes the factors impacting the development of circulareconomy from big to small, and then on the basis of coal enterprise ecosystemfeedback control between the main variables to construct a common coal industrysimulation model of ecosystem dynamics;
     Thirdly, through SWOT analysis of the circular economy development inZaozhuang Mining Group, the thesis proposes the development of circular economyideas, principles and the key tasks of development of circular economy development.The development of circular economy industrial chain is an important project ofcircular economy, the thesis combines with Group status and domestic coalenterprises in the construction of circular economy industrial chain and the typicalmode of circular economy development, planning and construction reflected regionalcharacteristics in accordance with enterprise products features energy cycle.
     Fourthly, with Zaozhuang Mining Group's business development data in the yearfrom2000to2009, the thesis constructs the coal enterprises’ ecosystem dynamics model which adopted the testing and revision of the effectiveness of vensim. using therevised model the thesis+simulates the four of assumptd mines date models, and theresults show that the recycling economy model is the preferred development modelfor Zaozhuang Mine Group.
     Fifth, with the simulation results of Coal Mine Group ecosystem, the thesis givesout support system for the development of circular economy from policy supportsystem, technical support system, support system and information resource supplyservice system.
