综合孵化系统的复杂性仿真模拟及其网络化虚拟化研究

摘要
随着科技企业孵化器与风险投资的合作越来越密切,二者融合现象逐渐显现,为了深入研究这一现象,论文以综合孵化系统为载体,以系统论为研究视角,综合运用CAS刺激-反应模型、CAS回声模型、公司治理等理论及Repast S仿真模拟方法,对综合孵化系统的现状及发展趋势进行了深入的研究,具有一定的理论及现实意义。本文的创新之处及结论主要体现在以下几个方面:
     (1)构建综合孵化系统的内部运行模式并分析其自适应机制
     从内涵、分类、模式等方面对综合孵化系统进行了理论概述。从聚集、非线性、多样性、流四个特性及标识机制、内部模型、积木机制三个机制的角度,论证综合孵化系统复杂适应系统的特性。运用CAS回声模型和刺激-反应模型构建综合孵化系统内部运行模式并分析其自适应机制,得出系统可以通过学习创新机制、平衡协调机制、演化进化机制完成对环境的适应性的结论。
     (2)对综合孵化系统进行Repast S仿真模拟
     以系统分析为出发点,基于JAVA编程语言运用主流复杂系统仿真软件Repast S对综合孵化系统的运行过程进行仿真模拟。依据模拟结果运用图表分析的方法深入挖掘数据的隐含信息并得出以下结论:传统外部合作模式有助于对孵化对象自身能力的培养,使资源向少数优质主体聚集;综合孵化系统的运行模式代表了一种孵化器与风险投资内部合作的理想化模式,但也存在一定问题,合作的成功和有效可以不拘泥与一种形式,多样的组合有利于资源空间的扩展。
     (3)构建综合孵化系统网络的治理机制及虚拟综合孵化系统的运行模式
     基于公司治理中的网络治理理论,从概念、构成要素、特性及作用等方面构建综合孵化系统网络的基本理论。设计得出综合孵化系统网络治理的信任机制、声誉机制、联合制裁机制、合作文化机制等宏观治理机制,及学习创新机制、激励约束机制、决策协调机制、利益分配机制等微观治理机制,优化了综合孵化系统网络的运行。同时深入研究虚拟综合孵化系统,在概念、特点、作用等方面对其进行了详细阐述并与实体综合孵化系统进行了比较。从社会、经济、技术的角度分析虚拟综合孵化系统的运行环境,得出系统主要的运行模式并分别阐述其运行机制。在此基础之上,给出虚拟综合孵化系统的发展策略。
With the increasingly close cooperation of the technology business incubatorsand venture capital, the fusion phenomenon between the two agents is graduallyemerging. In order to study this phenomenon in depth, this article takes thecomprehensive incubation system for the carrier and the perspective of the systemtheory to depth study the situation and development trend of the comprehensiveincubation system using theories such as CAS stimulate-reaction model, CAS echomodel, corporate governance and the Repast S simulation method. Therefore, thisarticle has a certain theoretical and practical significance and the chief innovationsand conclusions are reflected in the following areas:
     (1) Build the Internal operating mode of the comprehensive incubation systemand analysis the self-adaptive mechanism of it
     From the aspects of content, classification, mode, the article does the theoreticaloverview of the comprehensive incubation system. Argument the complex adaptivesystems characteristics of the comprehensive incubator system, from the fourcharacteristics which contains of aggregation, non-linearity, diversity, stream and thethree mechanisms which contains of the identification mechanism, internal modelmechanism and the building blocks of mechanisms. Build the internal operation modeof the comprehensive incubator system and analyze the adaptive mechanism, usingthe CAS stimulus-response model and echo model, and then draw the conclusion thatthe system can complete the adaptability to environment through learning andinnovation mechanism, balance coordination mechanisms, evolution of evolutionarymechanisms.
     (2) Make the Repast S simulation to the comprehensive incubation system
     Taking the system analysis as a starting point, this article simulates the systemrunning of the comprehensive incubation system using the JAVA programminglanguage and Repast S which is the mainstream of complex systems simulationsoftware. Based on the analysis of the simulation results and the data informationimplied the form of the chart, some conclusion can be draw as following: Thetraditional external cooperation mode can contribute to the ability cultivation of theincubation object, so that the resources gathered to a small number of high-qualitymain agents. The running model of the comprehensive incubation system representsan idealized internal cooperation model between incubator and venture capital, but there are some problems also. Successful and effective cooperation can not stick witha certain form and the diverse combination can create more resource space.
     (3) Build the governance mechanisms of the comprehensive incubation systemand the operating mechanism of the virtual comprehensive incubation system
     Based on network governance theory in the corporation governance theory, thisarticle builds the basic theory system about the comprehensive incubation systemfrom the view of concept, elements, characteristics and effect. Designing the macrogovernance mechanisms such as trust mechanism, reputation mechanism, jointsanction mechanism, culture and cooperation mechanism of comprehensiveincubation system network governance and micro-governance mechanisms such aslearning innovation mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanism, decision-makingcoordination mechanism, benefits distribution mechanism, these mechanism optimizethe operation of the comprehensive incubation system network. At the same time thisarticle in-depth study of virtual comprehensive incubation system from the aspects ofconcept, feature, function and make the cooperation about the similarities anddifferences with the entity comprehensive incubation system. Analyzing the operationof the virtual comprehensive incubation system from the view of social, economic andtechnical, this article comes to the main operation model of the system and describesthe operating mechanism respectively. On this bases, give the development strategy ofthe virtual comprehensive incubation system.
