面向专利和零部件的设计知识检索方法

摘要
近几十年以来,在产品设计领域,创新设计和重用设计具有重要地位,在产品创新设计和重用设计中,一个关键问题是如何从海量信息中获取符合设计需求的内容,如所需的专利和零部件知识等,即知识检索问题,知识检索是基于知识的创新设计和重用设计的基础。
     本文研究专利和零部件等设计知识的检索方法及其在产品创新设计和重用设计中的应用,从理论上研究了工程语义及工程语义网模型;从算法上给出了面向专利和零部件设计知识检索的相关算法;从软件实现上介绍了专利检索和零部件检索原型系统。上述研究综合在一起形成了面向专利和零部件设计知识的检索方法及应用。本文主要包括以下几方面的工作:
     (1)分析了产品设计中的知识检索问题,给出针对产品创新设计和重用设计的知识检索求解框架。
     (2)给出基于知网的工程语义及工程语义网模型。该工程语义及工程语义网借鉴自然语言知网语义模型,用于构造一个以产品设计信息为描述对象的知识系统。使用工程语义及工程语义网进行产品设计信息分析的基本思想是将产品设计信息中的各种隐含特征、属性及关系提取出来,形成关系表,并以此为中心,建立设计信息的特征与特征、特征与属性以及属性与属性的内在联系,从而为知识检索提供语义支持。
     (3)给出面向创新设计专利检索的语义关键词检索方法和语义相似度比较等方法;给出面向重用设计零部件检索的特征检索方法。
     (4)给出一种基于人机结合实例推理的零部件设计实例重用方法。在重用过程中,人的智慧与实例推理相结合,发挥各自特长,互为补充,可使最终的设计更具实用化。
     上述工作有助于推动面向创新设计和重用设计的知识检索理论和方法研究进展,有助于在中小企业构建产品设计知识检索系统。
In recent decades,in the field of product design,innovational design and reuse design take important places.One of the core problems of innovational design and reuse design is how to get the needed information form massive information,that is,the problem of knowledge acquirement.Knowledge acquirement is the basis innovational design and reuse design.
     This study focused on knowledge acquirement and application for innovational design and reuse design.In theory,this paper studied the model of engineering semantic and engineering semantics web;in algorithm,this paper raised an algorithm of knowledge retrieval;in software development,this paper design the patent retrieval prototype system and parts reuse system.There are several aspects of the work:
     (1) This paper analyses the knowledge retrieval problem of product design,and proposes a knowledge retrieval framework for paoduct innovational design and reuse design.
     (2) This paper proposes the concept of engineering semantic and the model of engineering semantic web.Engineering semantic and engineering semantic web is the concept that comes from linguistic,they are helpful to construct a knowledge system that its object is the concept of various parts when they are used in the field of product design.The basic design thinking of analysis of the product design information by engineering semantic and engineering semantic web is extracting all kinds of implied features,attributes and relationships from product design information,and then forms a relationship table.This table as the center of the establishment of the internal relations of characteristics of the design information and features,characteristics and attributes,as well as the properties and properties, and then form a mesh information structure,to facilitate for a knowledge network-based configuration design information retrieval and knowledge reasoning.
     (3) This paper gives several information retrieval approachs for innovational design and reuse design,such as a semantic key-phrase retrieval approach for patent,a semantic similarity compare approach for patent,and a characteristic retrieval approach for mechanical parts.
     (4) This paper gives a model of man-machine integration case-based reasoning for mechanical parts reuse to combine and reuse the product design knowledge of man-machine union.In the knowledge combination process,the human's wisdom and the evolution algorithm display the respective special skills and supply mutually,and the union makes the result more practical.
     This article works is helpful for enhancing the artificial intelligence level of the product innovation design.The system prototype for digging and reusing the information of product innovation design given in the paper will provide a platform supporting integrated design for product innovation design.
