制造企业协同产品商务构建研究

摘要
协同产品商务既是一种基于信息技术的以产品开发为中心的信息系统应用,也是一种制造企业新的贯穿于产品开发、生产、销售和服务全生命周期的经营理念和管理模式。论文综合运用信息管理、研发管理和企业管理的相关理论与方法,研究了制造企业协同产品商务应用过程中的关键问题,包括协同产品开发活动的组织与管理、协同产品开发信息系统的功能与结构以及协同产品开发信息系统的实施,构建了一个制造企业协同产品开发业务体系框架以及一个制造企业协同产品开发信息系统框架。论文的研究力图为制造企业的协同产品商务活动的开展在组织、管理和技术上提供参考和借鉴意见。
     论文首先对制造企业协同产品商务产生的产业背景进行了考察。指出全球经济一体化、制造业信息化的普遍展开和企业产品开发能力的不断提升是促使协同产品商务发展的时代背景;结合我国改革开放以来制造业飞速发展的成功经验以及制造业可持续发展所面临的巨大挑战,提出中国制造业应该大力发展以信息技术应用为基础的协同产品商务以推动产业的战略升级和转型。
     系统科学的研究成果为协同产品商务中在制造企业中的应用提供系统理论基础。论文综合论述了系统论、信息论和协同论等相关研究成果,讨论了系统原理在管理活动中的应用、信息和协同在管理活动中的重要作用。
     制造科学的研究成果为协同产品商务中在制造企业中的应用提供制造理论基础。论文综合论述了制造业的产生与发展的历史;讨论了制造系统的基本概念、特征和构成;分析了先进制造系统的相关理念与模式以及先进制造系统的信息技术应用的主要内容。
     论文详细讨论了协同、协同效应、协同商务和协同产品商务的基本概念,比较了协同商务和协同产品商务的差别;提出了创立协同效应所应遵循的原则;阐述了协同商务理论起源、实践基础及其主要内容;进一步地,提出了协同商务信息系统的功能;分析了协同产品商务的战略价值。
     协同产品商务的产品开发业务体系为产品开发活动的展开提供组织和管理基础。论文通过研究产品开发管理理念的历史变迁,得出构建产品开发业务体系的理念基础;按照并行工程理论与集成产品开发方法的指引,定义了协同产品开发业务体系中的基本元素,包括:产品战略、团队建设、决策模式、过程管理、管道管理、技术管理、开发方法、组织协同和支撑工具;通过明确协同产品开发业务体系的组织建立和管理实施过程中的主要内容,构建了一个协同产品开发业务体系的基本架构。
     协同产品商务的实现技术是构建产品开发信息系统的重要工具。论文阐述了计算机辅助技术、产品数据管理、产品生命周期管理、数据可视化和企业应用集成等多项技术的基本内容,重点研究了其中两项关键技术的主要内容:产品数据管理和企业应用集成。分析了传统产品数据管理的缺陷,描述了产品数据管理的功能与结构;阐述了企业应用集成的主要内容,研究了企业应用集成的技术实现。
     协同产品商务的产品开发信息系统为产品开发活动的展开提供集成的计算机工作平台。制造企业如要开展协同产品商务,除了必须建立一个有效的产品开发业务体系之外,还必须建立一个有效的产品开发信息系统,这样才能在活动效果和效率两方面同时得到提升。论文详细研究了产品开发信息系统的基本功能,这些功能包括:产品数据管理模块、产品数据可视化模块、企业应用集成模块、全生命周期管理模块和个性化定制门户;从不同的角度出发,描述了产品开发信息系统结构的不同的视图,重点设计了面向现有系统集成的五层产品开发信息系统体系结构,分析了其每层结构的主要功能;并且,选取目前业界领先的协同产品商务软件提供商—美国PTC的相关软件产品组合为实例,分析了其核心功能及设计思想。
     协同产品商务的实施既是一项一次性的项目管理活动,也是一项需要持续性改进的业务管理活动。论文讨论了协同产品商务实施前的准备工作,包括:企业信息化规划、业务流程再造和组织机构重组;结合协同产品商务实施的特点,重点研究了协同产品商务的实施步骤;总结了协同产品商务实施的关键成功因素。
     论文最后展望了制造企业协同产品商务的未来发展方向。利用企业应用集成工具有效的整合现有信息资源在相当长的阶段内仍然应该是协同产品商务信息系统的关注焦点;但是更重要的是,未来理想的协同产品商务信息系统应该是一个包含了可以按照行业类型细分定制的全生命周期的各类管理工具的组件系统,各个组件可以共享一个基于产品的统一的全局的数据视图。
Collaborative Product Commerce is not only the product development oriented application of information system supported by information technology,but also the updated operating method and managing mode for manufacturing enterprise during the overall product lifecycle which consists of product development,production, sales and service.On the bases of the related theories and methods of information management,research and development management and enterprise management, essential issues in the application process of Collaborative Product Commerce in manufacturing industry are studied in this dissertation.Specific subjects such as the organization and management of collaborative product development,the function and structure of information system for collaborative product development and the implementation of information system for collaborative product development are included.As the achievement of the study,the system structure of the organization and management for collaborative product development and the function and structure of the information system for collaborative product development are formed.The relative study aims are to provide suggestions on the organization, management and technology for the application of Collaborative Product Commerce in manufacturing enterprises.
     The background of Collaborative Product Commerce is probed firstly.The globalization of world economy,the wide application of information technology in manufacturing industry and the rapid enhancement of product development capability are the main background.At the same time,considering the successful practice of manufacturing industry in the process of opening and reformation and the challenge of the sustainable development of manufacturing industry in China, Collaborative Product Commerce based on information technology should be applied to drive the strategic upgrading and shift of the manufacturing industry in China.
     The related study results of system science can form the foundation of system theory for the application of Collaborative Product Commerce in manufacturing enterprises.In this dissertation,the related study results of systematology,informatics and synergy are described comprehensively.The application of system principle on management activities,the important function of information and Collaborative on management activities are discussed.
     The related study results of manufacturing science can form the foundation of manufacturing theory for the application of Collaborative Product Commerce in manufacturing enterprises.In this dissertation,the originating and developing history of modern manufacturing industry are comprehensively described.The basic concept, characteristics and formation of manufacturing system are discussed.The related theory and mode of advanced manufacturing and the main content of its information technology application are analyzed.
     In this dissertation,basic concepts of Collaborative,Collaborative effect, Collaborative commerce and Collaborative product commerce are discussed in detail,and the difference between Collaborative commerce and Collaborative product commerce are compared.Several principles of creating Collaborative effect are brought out.The theoretic origin,practical foundation and the main contents of Collaborative commerce are described.The function of Collaborative commerce information system is given out.The strategic role of Collaborative Product Commerce for manufacturing enterprises is analyzed.
     The product development business system of Collaborative Product Commerce provides organization and management foundation for the activity of product development.By researching the history of the product development theory,the base for the product development business system is constructed.In the light of the direction of Concurrent Engineering and Integrated Product Development,essential elements of the product development business system are defined,which consists of product strategy,task group construction,decision making mode,process management,pipeline management,technology management,developing method, organization collaboration and IT support tool.By clarifying the main content of organization constructing and management implementing,a basic structure of the product development business system is formed.
     The enabler technology of Collaborative Product Commerce is the important tool for the construction of the product development information system.In this dissertation,several enabler technologies such as Computer Aided Technology, Product Data Management,Product Lifecycle Management,Data Visualization and Enterprise Application integration are described.Among them,two key technologies: Product Data Management and Enterprise Application Integration are research emphasis.Disadvantages of traditional product data management are analyzed,and the function and structure of Product Data Management information system are formed.The main content of Enterprise Application Integration is described,and the technological realization of Enterprise Application Integration is researched.
     The product development information system of Collaborative Product Commerce provides an integrated computer platform for the activity of product development.If a manufacturing enterprise wanted to realize Collaborative product Commerce,an effective product development information system would be essential as well as an effective product development business system to enhance both effectiveness and efficiency.In this dissertation,basic functions of product development information system are researched in detail,and these functions consists of product data management,product data visualization,enterprise application integration,product data visualization and personalized portal.From different view, several system structure models are depicted,and a five-tier product development information system model is designed,the main functions of each tier are analyzed. Furthermore,the leading commercial Collaborative Product Commerce software supplier-PTC's Product Development System software package is chosen to analyze its core system function and design principle.
     The realization of Collaborative Product Commerce is not only the one-time process of project management,but also the continuous improvement of business management.In this dissertation,the advanced work for the realization of Collaborative Product Commerce is discussed,which consists of enterprise information system planning,business process reengineering,organization realignment.Considering features for the realization of Collaborative Product Commerce,steps of the realization of Collaborative Product Commerce are studied in details thirdly.Key successful factors of the realization of Collaborative Product Commerce are concluded.
     The future development direction of Collaborative Product Commerce is previewed in this dissertation finally.How to use Enterprise Application Integration tool to integrate the current information resource will be the focus of information system of Collaborative Product Commerce.But the most important is that an ideal information system of Collaborative Product Commerce in future should be a software package which consists of various tools for Product Lifecycle Management customized on industry classification,and the software in package can share a unified overall product-oriented data view.
