大型煤炭企业内部供应链的构建与优化研究

摘要
通过优化煤炭供应链,均衡供给煤炭产品以满足煤炭客户需求,来实现客户与煤炭企业的双赢,已成为煤炭企业获取竞争优势的关键所在。因此,需要对均衡供给和煤炭供应链进行优化研究。
     本文以大型煤炭企业为研究对象。界定了大型煤炭企业内部供应链的概念,提出了均衡供给的概念、并分析其状态和变化。提出了基于均衡供给导向的大型煤炭企业内部供应链思想。指出大型煤炭企业内部供应链运作的目标是煤炭供应链上企业通过向煤炭最终客户的均衡供给,进而实现煤炭供应链企业和客户的双满意,最终实现煤炭供应链总体效用最大化。对大型煤炭企业内部供应链系统各节点以及物流、资金流、信息流等进行了定量描述和关系分析。从复杂系统论角度论述了大型煤炭企业内部供应链系统的结构和功能,提出了基于“多阶系统”的大型煤炭企业内部供应链系统思想。
     分析了大型煤炭企业内部供应链属性,运用熵理论对大型煤炭企业内部供应链复杂性进行了定量测度研究,通过计算总熵可以看出,大型煤炭企业内部供应链不确定度高于一般制造企业供给系统不确定度,说明大型煤炭企业内部供应链与一般制造企业供给系统相比,不确定性程度更高。
     在分析和定量描述大型煤炭企业内部供应链结构的基础上,本文建立了大型煤炭企业内部供应链的多目标动态优化模型。提出了将多目标动态优化模型化成目标规划模型,设计遗传算法来求解模型。运用大型煤炭企业内部供应链多目标动态优化模型,选择徐矿集团为对象进行实证分析,对徐矿集团内部供应链产供销存等链节进行系统动态决策;并将多目标优化模型的决策结果和单目标优化模型决策结果进行对比分析。最后,对大型煤炭企业内部供应链的优化决策提出政策建议。
It has become the key to the coal enterprises obtaining competitive advantage that even supply of coal products by optimizing the coal supply chain to meet customer demand for coal to achieve coal enterprises and customers’win-win. Therefore, it is necessary to study even supply and optimization of coal supply chain.
     In this paper large-scale coal enterprise is the study object. The concept of large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain was defined. Then the definition of coal even supply was given, characteristics of even supply, the changes of states and constraints of even supply were analyzed. The thought of large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain based on even supply-oriented was put forward. Mathematical language description of and relationship analysis of each node, as well as logistics, capital, information flows of supply chain system were carried out. Structure and function of Large-scale Coal enterprise internal supply chain were analyzed from the perspective of system theory. The thought of large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain systems based on "multi-band system" was proposed.
     The attributes of large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain was analyzed. The complexity of large-scale coal enterprises internal supply chain was measured by using entropy theory. By calculating the total entropy, it can be seen that large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain uncertainty is higher than general manufactures. large-scale coal enterprises within the supply chain and general manufacturing supply systems, It is explained that large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain has an even higher degree of uncertainty.
     Based on analysis and quantitative description of large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain structure, multi-objectives dynamic optimization model of large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain was set up. They were put forward that multi-objective dynamic optimization model being changed into a goal programming model and the design of a genetic algorithm to solve the model. Xuzhou coal mining group was selected as the object of empirical analysis, and by using multi-objective dynamic optimization model of large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain, Systemic dynamic decision-makings of chain nodes such as product, supply, sale and inventory of Xuzhou coal mining group internal supply chain were carried out. And then comparative analysis between decision-making results of multi-objective optimization model and the one of single-objective optimization model was done. Finally, the policy proposals of large-scale coal enterprise internal supply chain optimization decision-making are put forward.
