媒体资产编目管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
媒体资产管理系统是广播电视数字化的必然要求,它能为广播电视台创造新的商机、降低运行成本、提高工作效率以及长期完好地保存媒体资产。整个媒体资产管理系统按功能划分为上载、编目、存储、转码、检索、发布、内容管理等子系统编目有利于信息有序化、信息检索、信息再利用、信息资源共享,编目的质量直接影响检索的质量,因此媒体资产编目管理系统是媒体资产管理的关键,是媒体资产管理系统的重要组成部分。所以,设计和实现媒体资产编目管理系统具有十分重要的意义。
     在系统软件开发的整个过程中完全遵循软件工程思想,采用当今世界最主流的软件开发技术面向对象技术来分析、设计和实现媒体资产编目管理系统,提高了软件开发的生产效率和媒体资产编目管理系统的质量。
     在系统分析和设计部分,采用已获得工业界和学术界广泛支持的当今世界最主流的标准建模语言统一建模语言UML来分析和设计系统,并绘制各种UML图形,包括用例图、对象类图、顺序图、配置图等,较好的表达了媒体资产编目管理系统
     本论文实现了以Visual C++6.0可视化开发工具作为应用程序集成开发环境、SQL Server 2000作为数据库的C/S体系结构的媒体资产编目管理系统,它能够完成添加节目、查询节目、更改节目、删除节目、音视频播放、关键帧提取等功能。
     本论文分析了媒体资产编目管理系统所涉及的关键技术,包括流程化、层次化编目,以实现节目层、片段层、场景层、镜头层四个层次的流程化编目;计算机辅助视频编目技术,主要对镜头边界检测和关键帧提取进行了理论研究和算法的设计。
Media Asset Management System is the request of broadcast and television's digitization. It can help broadcast and television station to bring in more business opportunities, to keep cost saving, to work efficiently and protect Media Asset undamagedly. Media Asset Management System is made up of upload system, catalogue system, storage system, transcode system, retrieval system, release system and content management system. Catalogue manage is good for information ordering, information retrieving, information using and information sharing. So, Media Asset Catalogue Management System is the key to Media Asset management and the important component of Media Asset Management System. As a result, it has important meaning to design and implement Media Asset Catalogue Management System.
     The thesis follows completely Software Engineering idea among software developing. Using object-oriented technology to analyze, design and implement Media Asset Catalogue Management System. It makes developing software more efficient and improve Media Asset Catalogue Management System's quality.
     In the part of system analysis and design, use the main standard modeling language UML(Unified Modeling Language) to analyze and design Media Asset Catalogue Management System. At the same time, drawing UML diagram such as Use Case Diagram, Object Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Deployment Diagram to express Media Asset Catalogue Management System.
     The thesis chooses Visual C++ 6.0 visualization development tool to be this system's integrated development environment and chooses SQL Server 2000 to be this system's database. This system's Software Architecture is C/S. This Media Asset Catalogue Management System can implement some function that includes adding program, inquiring program, changing program, deleting program, broadcasting Audio and Video program and key frame extraction.
     The thesis analyzes the key technology of Media Asset Catalogue Management System at last. Firstly, introducing flowing and layering catalogue that can implement cataloguing on program layer, segment layer, scene layer and shot layer. Secondly, introducing computer-aided video catalogue technology. It includes researching and designing algorithm for shot boundary detection and key frame extraction.
