辽阳市农副产品质量安全信息网的设计与实现

摘要
最近几年,随着不断发生的农副产品质量安全事件,食品质量安全问题越来越突出。怎样去确保质量安全已经成为全社会关注的大事,越来越多的人来关注食品安全的问题了,民以食为天,食以安为先,很明显这是个大问题,不论是农副产品生产、加工企业,或者政府及广大群众,也都及时的发现了这个问题的重要性。农业部也出台了很多的措施,大力推进农副产品质量安全监管的工作,建立相应农副产品质量安全检验检疫体系,同时向社会公布检测流程及检验常识,让全社会都成为食品质量安全员,减少食品安全事故的发生。就是在这个基础上,孕育出了农副产品质量安全信息网,使它既成为政府的好帮手,又成为广大群众的贴心人,成为一个质量安全监管的有力手段。
     辽阳市农副产品质量安全信息平台的建立,能够使得群众通过这个平台对农副产品检测程序及时了解,同时了解检测技巧及检测常识,另外还可以针对政府在这方面的信息做以充分了解。政府在这方面也受益很大,利用这个平台,可以及时公布国家政策及法律法规,提高政府职能部门的透明度,有利于拉近群众与政府之间的距离,提高了办事效率,通过这个平台,也可以得到群众的反馈信息,作为政府在做出政策调整时候的一个信息反馈渠道。农副产品质量安全信息平台的建立一方面保护了群众的利益,另一方面也保护了生产企业的利益,质量安全水平提高,无形中也提高了产品的国际竞争力,产品附加值大大提高。
     在文章中,首先针对辽阳市农副产品质量安全网站的设计的必要性做了说明,然后对网站中的政府政务公开,政策法规、地方动态、信息发布、质量标准以及展厅这几个功能模块的分析、设计与实现做了详细介绍。依据软件工程思想,先分析,然后总体设计,再详细设计,最后实现,运行维护。选择了恰当的设计工具,在实现的时候,我们选择ASP.NET、C#作为开发语言,使用SQL Server2000作为后台数据库,同时运用面向对象的程序设计思想。ASP.NET的应用,是为了满足程序可靠性、稳定性以及重用性的需要,SQL Server2000的选择是为满足大数据量、高可靠性以及并发访问数据的需要。ASP.NET功能强大,尤其是与C#结合使用,再选择一个优良的数据库-SQL Server2000,这种组合方式是目前很多企业网站开发的首选,代码简单实用,重复度低、效率高,使得开发出的网站内容发布简单,有比较好的使用前景。
     论文中详细介绍了整个网站的开发过程,从分析、设计到实现。首先对网站开发做了需求分析,然后进行概要设计,详细设计。其中对数据库设计的整个设计过程也做了说明,从需求分析、概念设计再到逻辑设计、物理设计,都有详细的阐述,最后选择了几个功能的代码实现过程做了编码说明。另外将系统试运行期间的一些界面做了截图。在论文还对设计中涉及到的数据挖掘技术以及MD5数据加密技术做了简单的研究。整个设计包括前后台两部分,前台包含各类信息的发布,后台包括各类信息的添加、删除以及修改等功能,都已经实现。

     The paper describes in detail the entire web site development process, from the analysis,design to implementation. In the paper the design involved in data mining technology and MD5dataencryption technology to do a simple research.
