公路路基水毁防治措施研究

摘要
每年雨季,全国公路水毁时有发生,已成为影响公路安全和运营的顽疾,并且带来高额的经济损失。2010年7月28日至30日,吉林省中东部地区普降暴雨,暴雨造成了洪水暴发,多条国省干道及区域内的县乡道路、农村公路遭到洪水侵袭,发生了严重的水毁及破坏,造成了区域交通运输大范围、长时间中断。针对暴雨区域内的公路与桥梁水毁问题的严重性及普遍性,有必要对公路与桥梁水毁防治措施进行调查、分析及研究。本文通过实地调查吉林省2010年公路水毁情况,针对吉林省2010年洪水对国省干道、县乡道路及村村通水泥路造成的水毁情况进行实地调查,对吉林省2010年的洪水特性进行了分析;根据搜集到的水毁情况进行归纳、汇总,根据公路路基发生水毁部位,分为路基坍塌、路基沉陷、路基防护设施、路基排水设施、泥石流、沿河路基等六种常见、易发生水毁的情况,介绍了水毁的现象及特点,从地形地质、水力特性、工程材料、施工、养护等方面对水毁原因进行分析和研究,总结出常见公路路基水毁现象的成因;针对水毁现象的成因分析,有针对性地提出了各种常见、易发的公路路基水毁灾害防治和重建的基本原则及指导意见,并结合安二公路和鹤大公路的部分水毁工程实例,介绍了路基坍塌、路基排水设施水毁、泥石流水毁、沿河路基水毁四种水毁情况的治理方式方法。
Rainy season annually, the highway damaged has occurred in the whole country, it has an impact on road safety and operation, and brings huge economic losses.28 to 30, July 2010, heavy rains in the eastern part of Jilin Province, rainstorm caused floods. A number of national and provincial roads and county and township roads in the region, rural roads have been attacked by floods, there have been serious damaged and destroyed, resulting in a wide range of regional transportation in a long interruption. Aim at the universality and the seriousness of the storm damaged roads and bridges in the region, it is necessary to work on prevention measures of roads and bridges water damaged including investigation, analysis and research. Through field survey of the water damaged roads in Jilin Province in 2010, field surveys was carried out on national and provincial roads, county and township roads and village-village Connection cement road water damage in the Jilin Province in 2010. Flood characteristics of 2010 in Jilin Province were analyzed and the collected water damage situation was summarized. According to the damaged part of highway subgrade, damage was divided into embankment collapsed, subgrade settlement, embankment protection facilities, subgrade drainage, landslides, roadbed along river six common and high incidence of water damage situation. The phenomenon and characteristics of the water damaged was described. The author analyzes the water damaged reasons from the topography and geology, hydraulic characteristics, construction materials, construction, maintenance and other aspects and sums up the water damaged reasons. According to the analysis of water damage reasons, the author puts forward the basic principles and guidance of disaster prevention and reconstruction of damaged embankment. Combined with some water damaged project examples of An Er and He Da expressway, introduced the treatment methods to four water damage including collapsed roadbed, subgrade drainage facilities damaged by water, debris flow, roadbed along river damaged.
