关于10万立储罐施工的分析与研究

摘要
本文通过对大连石油储备基地10万m~3钢制立式储罐设计总体方案和施工过程的研究,分析了罐底板垫板固定形式,选用CO_2焊接方式及科学合理的焊接顺序,保证底板整体平整度;合理制定钢板下料方案,确保罐壁板一次吊装组对成型;通过选择最优化的壁板坡口形式、预热方案、焊接参数及打磨清根防范等措施,提高焊接一次合格率;在对日本SPV490钢板与国产高强度钢板12MnNiVR化学分析、强度性能及焊接性能分析的基础上,采用焊接性能更好的国产钢板,实现了大连石油储备项目中核心用材的国产化。针对储罐安装过程中存在的问结合题以及对投用后可能存在的安全隐患,对储罐设计方案提出了具体的优化措施,为以后的储罐建设提供了可靠的参考依据。
Throught the study of general design proposal and construction process of 100,000 m~3 steel vertical tank in Dalian Petroleum Reserve Base, The paper analyzed the fixed form of soleplate and rails tie plate used in the bottom of tank ,in order to ensure the planeness, CO_2welding and scientific welding approach were strongly recommended ; and to make sure one-time molding for tank wall assembly ,reasonable proposals needed to make decision.by means of choosing optimized tank wall groove style, warm-up scheme, welding programmer and polishing & cleansing proof measures, the one-time qualified rate of welding can reach 98%; on the basis of research on the chemical ,strength character,welding performance of Japanese SPV 490 and Chinese 12MnNiVR , and combining with the usage of domestic high strength board 12MnNiVR , the domestic high strength board was choosed , which come ture the percentage of home made parts on core material in Dalian Petroleum Reserve Base; aimed at the prevent and settlement of the problems which may happen in the process of construction and production ,a lot of optimization measures were proposed , which provided reliable references for tank construction in the future.
