摘要

为了保证垃圾焚烧厂能够顺利建成和稳定运营,维持周边社会的稳定,需要妥善处理垃圾焚烧厂与周边居民的关系。论文对垃圾焚烧厂周边的环境补偿机制进行了探讨,分析了环境补偿的标准以及方式,并提出相应的环境补偿对策。
        In order to ensure the smooth completion and stable operation of the waste incineration plant and to maintain the stability of the surrounding society, it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between the waste incineration plant and the surrounding residents. The paper discusses the environmental compensation mechanism around the waste incineration plant, analyzes the standards and methods of environmental compensation, and proposes corresponding environmental compensation countermeasures.
