摘要
随着我国工业和农业的迅速发展,各类技术产品应运而生,尤其是各类有机溶剂、橡胶的使用频率和使用量大幅度上升,给地区的土壤环境造成了严重的影响,破坏了土壤生态,使得土壤中的有机物成分逐步向着多样化发展,且浓度呈现了逐年上升的趋势,并且严重危害到了人类、地球生物的身体健康,以及环境的良性循环,并成为当前环境问题中的难点。如何利用先进的检测技术快速诊断土壤环境中的有机物,为加快相应治理策略的落实,成为当前工作的重点。当前,土壤中半挥发性有机物的测量主要有索氏萃取法、超声波萃取法、微波辅助萃取法和加压流体萃取法四种前处理方法,在土壤环境的检测工程中具有广泛的应用。本文采用四种方法对土壤中半挥发性有机物进行了检测,并获得了一定的结果,望对业界人士提供有效的参考意见。
        With the rapid development of China's industry and agriculture, various technical products have emerged, especially the frequency and usage of various organic solvents and rubbers have increased significantly, causing serious impacts on the soil environment of the region. The soil ecology makes the organic matter in the soil gradually think about diversification, and the concentration shows a trend of increasing year by year, and seriously endangers the health of human beings, earth organisms, and the virtuous circle of the environment, and becomes the current environmental problem. Difficulties. How to use advanced detection technology to quickly diagnose organic matter in the soil environment has become the focus of current work in order to accelerate the implementation of the corresponding governance strategy. At present, the measurement of semi-volatile organic compounds in soil mainly includes four pretreatment methods, such as Soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and pressurized fluid extraction. It has wide application in soil environment testing engineering. In this paper, four methods were used to detect semi-volatile organic compounds in the soil, and some results were obtained. It is expected to provide effective reference for the industry.
