关于生态环境保护助力打赢脱贫攻坚战的思考与建议

摘要
打赢精准脱贫攻坚战是全面建成小康社会的重要一环,是现阶段党的重要历史使命,也是社会主义的本质要求。为实现贫困地区的可持续发展,必须坚持绿水青山就是金山银山理念,统筹推进脱贫攻坚与生态环境保护工作。本文主要探讨了我国贫困地区在扶贫开发过程中出现的污染治理能力不足、力度不够、环境污染风险加大等问题,提出加强自然生态空间用途管制和环境准入,推动山水林田湖草生态保护修复,大力发展绿色产业,探索"绿水青山就是金山银山"转化模式,推进污染治理和能力建设等对策建议,以期为生态环境保护助力打赢精准脱贫攻坚战提供借鉴。
Winning the poverty alleviation is an important part of achieving a comprehensive well-off society. It is an important historical mission of our party at this stage and the essential requirement of socialism. In order to achieve sustainable development in poverty-stricken areas,it is necessary to adhere the lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,and to promote poverty alleviation and ecological environmental protection simultaneously. This article mainly explored the problems in the poverty alleviation and development process of poverty-stricken areas,such as some local government lacks pollution control capacity and pollution control,and the increasing of environmental pollution risks. We proposed to strengthen the control of natural ecological space use and environment access,promote the ecological protection,vigorously develop green industries,explore the transformation path model of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets ", promote pollution control and capacity building of local government, we hope to provide reference of promotion of ecological environmental protection for poverty alleviation.
