基于生物医药专利的浙江省与4个直辖市对比分析

摘要

以生物医药专利数据统计为基础,对浙江省专利申请量、专利类型构成、专利申请人构成、专利IPC分类号分布等方面进行分析,并和北京市、上海市、天津市、重庆市生物医药专利对比分析,再对结果分析解释,以明确浙江省生物医药专利地位。结果表明,浙江省和4个直辖市专利申请量逐年上升,发明专利、企业占主体地位,专利集中在A61、C07、C12分类号。浙江省需进一步发挥区位优势,加强政府引导、产学研合作,促进生物医药领域创新发展。
        Based on the statistics of biomedical patent data,analysis of the number of patent applications,the composition of patent types,the composition of patent applicants,and the distribution of patent IPC classification numbers in Zhejiang Province,and through the comparative analysis with Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Chongqing biomedical patents,then analyze and explain the results to determine the status of Zhejiang biomedical patents.The results show that,the number of patent applications in Zhejiang and four municipalities has increased year by year,the type of invention patent,the applicant of the enterprise is dominant,Patent applications are concentrated on the A61,C07 and C12 classification numbers.Zhejiang Province needs to further develop its location advantage,strengthen government guidance,industry-university-research cooperation,to promote innovation and development in the field of biomedicine.
