摘要
长沙市生活垃圾清洁焚烧项目是全国目前运营的最大垃圾焚烧发电项目。本文分析了垃圾焚烧发电厂的废水利用现状及其废水"零排放"工艺设计,并根据实际运行情况绘制了全厂水平衡图。大量无机清洁废水直接补入循环冷却水,渗滤液、生产废水和生活污水处理后的清液回用至循环冷却水补水,剩余的少量浓缩液经DTRO减量化处理后回喷至炉膛或回用于飞灰固化和石灰浆制备。控制循环水的浓缩倍率,合理消耗工业用循环水,最终实现全厂的废水零排放,同时保证了机组安全稳定运行。本研究探讨了在实现废水零排放过程中出现的问题和采取的措施,以期能对其他垃圾焚烧发电厂提供参考。
        Changsha Municipal Solid Waste Clean Incineration Project is the largest garbage incineration power generation project currently operating in China. In this paper, the present situation of waste water utilization in waste incineration power plant and the design of zero discharge process of waste water are analyzed, and the water balance chart of the whole plant is drawn according to the actual operation. A large amount of inorganic clean wastewater is directly added into the circulating cooling water. Leachate, production wastewater and clean water from domestic sewage treatment are reused to the circulating cooling water to make up the water. The remaining small amount of concentrated liquid is sprayed back to the furnace or used for fly ash solidification and lime slurry preparation after DTRO reduction. Controlling the concentration ratio of circulating water and reasonably consuming circulating water for industrial use can achieve zero discharge of wastewater and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit. This study explores the problems and measures in the process of realizing zero discharge of wastewater in order to provide reference for other waste incineration power plants.
