摘要

通过分析西南片区五个地区的新《环境保护条例》的出台时间、结构和法律责任特点,了解各地区生态环境保护内容,明确在修订后的《中华人民共和国环境保护法》的指导下,西南片区的各地区都紧跟国家步伐制定了符合各地区特点的《环境保护条例》,为日后的生态环境保护工作提供了法律支持。
        According to the analysis of the time sequence, structure and legal responsibility features of the new "environmental protection regulations" in the five southwest regions in China, the content of ecological and environmental protection in each region was identified. It is clear that under the guidance of the revised "environmental protection law of the People's Republic of China", all regions in the southwest have followed the national pace and formulated the "environmental protection regulations" in line with the characteristics of each region, provided legal support for the future ecological and environmental protection work.
