三叶因子家族肽的定量测定及意义

摘要
三叶因子家族(trefoil factor family,TFFs)肽包括TFF1、TFF2和TFF3,由全身黏膜产生和分泌,在上皮保护和修复中起到重要作用。TFFs不仅存在于黏膜及其表面分泌物,还存在于循环系统。TFFs与炎症性疾病和多种类型癌症有关,并且妊娠期间TFF3浓度增加47倍以上,但目前尚无测定TFFs的标准方法。主要综述人TFFs测定所面临的难题,以及TFFs在人类健康和疾病的发生发展中可能的作用及其意义。
Trefoil factor family(TFFs)peptides consists of TFF1,TFF2,and TFF3,which are produced and secreted by the mucosa of the whole body.TFFs play an important role in protection and repair of epithelial surfaces,and exist in mucosal secretions as well as circulatory system.Although TFFs were associated with inflammatory disease and multiple types of cancer,and the concentration of TFF3 increased 47 times during pregnancy,there is no standardized method to measure TFFs.This review describes the difficult problems of human TFFs determination,and summarizes the possible roles and significances of the TFFs in human health and disease.
