光伏电站选址规划研究——以芜湖市为例

摘要
选址是建设光伏电站的重要前期工作,在光伏电站规划、设计与建设等方面发挥多重作用.借鉴现有研究文献,本文对光伏电站选址规划的研究意义、研究目标、供地政策、约束条件、可行思路、技术路线等进行深入分析.利用多因素综合评价模型进行选址研究,并结合GIS空间分析技术,考虑太阳辐射量、规划控制、交通可达性、电网接入、生态保护等方面约束条件与规划原则,最终筛选出合适的备选场地,给出光伏电站选址推荐排序,推荐排序结果较为客观、科学.研究结果可为光伏电站选址实践提供科学依据,对发展光伏电站选址规划理论与方法亦有边际贡献.
        Site selection is an important preliminary work for the construction of photovoltaic power plants,which can play multiple roles in the planning,design and construction of photovoltaic power plants. Based on the existing research literatures,the significance,objectives,land supply policy,constraints,feasible ideas and technical routes of photovoltaic power station location planning were analyzed in depth. The site selection was studied by using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model,combining with the GIS spatial analysis technology and considering the constraints and planning principles such as solar radiation,planning control,traffic accessibility,grid access,ecological protection,etc. Finally,the suitable sites were selected,and the recommended ranking of photovoltaic power stations was given. The recommended ranking results were more objective and scientific. The research results can provide a scientific basis for the practice of site selection of photovoltaic power plants and contribute marginally to the development of the theory and method of site selection planning of photovoltaic power station.
