摘要

森林具有生态、经济、社会、文化、碳汇、美化等多种功能,其中生态功能是第一位的。在陆地生态环境中,森林占据主体地位,森林生态功能关系到保障国土生态安全、改善生态环境、维护生物多样性。在林业发展中,森林病虫害是影响最大的因素,森林病虫害防治工作是林业健康发展的重要任务之一,保护好森林资源,确保林业在建设生态文明中发挥重要的作用。
        The forest has many functions such as ecology,economy,society,culture,carbon sink and beautification,among which the ecological function is the first. In the terrestrial ecological environment,forests occupy a dominant position. Forest ecological function is related to the improvement of ecological environment and the maintenance of biodiversity. Forest pest control is one of the important tasks of the healthy development of forestry,protecting forest resources and ensuring that forestry plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization.
