摘要
吸收能力通过知识溢出渠道对区域创新能力的提升有显著的促进作用。基于2007-2016年河南省17个地市的面板数据,采用引力模型实现对知识溢出的有效测度,通过熵值法构建吸收能力指标体系,运用动态空间杜宾模型分析知识溢出、吸收能力以及其交互项对区域创新的影响。结果表明:河南省各地级市的创新能力存在显著的时间相关性,整体呈现"核心—边缘"的空间格局;吸收能力通过知识溢出能够有效地提高区域创新水平,区域间的吸收能力存在明显的"反馈作用";从长期和短期来看,知识溢出的空间外溢效应为负,使得知识溢出在空间上产生了"挤出效应",这意味着河南省各地市存在着吸收能力与知识溢出普遍不匹配的发展现状。
Absorptive capacity has a significant role in promoting regional innovation capabilities through knowledge spillover channels.Based on the panel data of 17 cities in Henan Province from 2007 to 2016,the gravitational model is used to achieve effective measurement of knowledge spillover.The entropy method is used to construct the absorptive capacity index system,and the dynamic spatial Dubin model is used to analyze knowledge spillover and absorptive capacity.The impact of its interactions on regional innovation.The research reveals that there is a significant time correlation between the innovation capabilities of various cities in Henan Province,and the overall "core-edge" spatial pattern;the absorption capacity can effectively improve the regional innovation level through knowledge spillover,and there is obvious "feedback" between the regions."In terms of long-term and short-term,the spatial spillover effect of knowledge spillover is negative,so that knowledge spillover has a "crowding out effect" in space,which means that there is a general mismatch between absorptive capacity and knowledge spillover in various cities in development status of Henan Province.
