摘要

近年来土壤污染防治工作越来越引起人们的重视,在概述国家土壤污染防治行动计划的基础上,梳理了各地"土十条"特色与亮点,阐明了南京市土壤污染防治行动计划核心内容,对目标、任务、保障等方面进行了分析,提出了加强后续实施的建议。
        In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the prevention and control of soil pollution. On the basis of summarizing the national action plan for prevention and control of soil pollution, the characteristics and highlights of the action plan in various places have been sorted out, the core contents of the action plan in Nanjing have been clarified, the objectives, tasks and safeguards have been analyzed, and suggestions for strengthening the follow-up implementation have been put forward.
