摘要
大气污染热点网格管理是融合互联网+、大数据分析、环境监测等多项技术的新型环境监管方式。实践表明,大气污染热点网格管理大大提升了环境执法的针对性和精准性。本文以沧州市大气污染热点网格管理为例,说明大气污染热点网格管理的运行方式及成效,建议积极推广大气污染热点网格管理,并加强新型监测技术的推广及应用。
The Atmospheric hot grid management is an organic integration of Internet+,big data analysis,environmental monitoring and other technologies,which is a creative regulation pattern.Practice shows that atmospheric hot grid management greatly improves the pertinence and accuracy of environmental enforcement.Taking the atmospheric hot grid management of Cangzhou City as an example,the paper illustrates how the atmospheric hot grid management works and its effectiveness.It is recommended to actively promote the atmospheric hot grid management,and to strengthen the promotion and application of new monitoring technology.
