摘要

在"双一流"方案引领下,全国各层次理工类高校都致力于对自身的目标定位、人才培养模式进行优化与创新。培养创新人才是当今知识经济时代对于理工类高校提出的必然要求,也是新时期高等教育发展的必然选择。通过对理工类高校创新人才培养现状与困境分析,提出理工类高校在当今智能时代对于创新人才培养模式的策略与路径选择,以期提升创新性高素质广适性人才的培养质量,确保国家对科技人才需求战略目标的实现。
        Under the guidance of the construction of "double first class", all levels of universities of science and engineering are committed to optimizing and innovating their own target orientation and talent training model. Cultivating innovative talents is an inevitable requirement for science and engineering universities in the era of knowledge economy, and also an inevitable choice for the development of higher education in the new era. Through the analysis of the current situation and dilemma of the cultivation of innovative talents in science and engineering universities, this paper proposes the strategy and path choice in universities of science and engineering for the innovative talents training mode in today's intelligent age, to improve the quality of innovative talents, ensuring the realization of the national strategic goal of demand for scientific and technological talents.
