核应急医学救援工作的医护模块化研究

摘要

目的核与辐射突发事件发生时,医学应急处置是救援的关键,对核应急医学救援现场抢救工作的医护模块化进行研究,为我国核辐射突发事件医学应急提供参考。方法参考国内外相关法律、法规及标准,以及既往相关文献中核应急医学相关研究,对核应急医学救援现场抢救工作的医护模块化进行探讨。结果介绍核应急医学救援现场工作流程,细化医护各个模块的具体人员编组、分工及职责,阐述医护模块化应急响应,并强调抢救工作注意事项。结论通过对医护模块化的描述,提高核应急医学救援能力。
        Objective When nuclear and radiation emergencies occur,medical emergency treatment is the key to rescue. The medical protection modularization of nuclear emergency medical rescue on-site rescue work is studied to provide reference for medical emergency of nuclear radiation emergency in China. Methods With reference to relevant laws,regulations and standards at home and abroad, as well as related research on nuclear emergency medicine in related literatures, the medical protection modularization of nuclear emergency medical rescue on-site rescue work was discussed. Results This paper introduces the on-site workflow of nuclear emergency medical rescue, refines the specific personnel grouping,division of labor and responsibilities of each module of medical care,expounds the modular emergency response of medical care, and emphasizes the precautions for rescue work. Conclusion Through the description of the modularization of medical care, the nuclear emergency medical rescue support capability can be improved.
