摘要
基于工业循环水系统设计规范,以及采用多种节能技术的对比实验要求,提出循环水系统组合节能实验装置设计原则和功能需求。装置设计包括机械设计、电气控制设计和人机界面设计三部分,系统中融合了高效泵(含高效电动机)、变频调速、水力平衡和流量分配等节能技术,以及压力、流量、温度、开度、液位、电能等检测仪表,为开展不同节能技术组合应用的能效评估提供了实验平台。对比实验表明,该实验装置的各项性能达到了预期功能要求。
        Based on the design code for industrial circulating water systems and the needs of comparative experiments with various energy-saving technologies,the design principle and function requirements of combined energy-saving experiment device for circulating water system were issued.The design of the device includes three parts:mechanical design,electrical control design and human-machine interface design.The device integrates energy-saving technologies such as high-efficiency pump(including high-efficiency motor),variable frequency regulation,hydraulic balance and flow distribution,as well as pressure,flow-rate,temperature,opening,liquid level,electric energy and other detection instruments.It provides an experiment platform for energy efficiency evaluation of different energy-saving technology combinations.Comparative experiments show that the performance of the device meets the expected requirements.
