循环流化床机组除灰渣系统设计研究

摘要
文章根据循环流化床机组的除灰渣系统设计过程,对循环流化床锅炉机组除灰渣系统及石灰石粉储存输运系统的设计、选型、布置等多方面进行总结。底渣采用经冷渣器冷却后链斗输送机和斗提机输送至渣仓方案,石灰石和飞灰采用气力输送方案,压缩空气采用全厂压缩空气集中配置的方案。供同行参考和讨论。
        According to the design process of ash handing system of CFB boiler set, the design, selection and arrangement of ash handing system and limestone storage and handing system of CFB boiler set are summarized in this paper. Bottom ash handing system is transported to bottom ash bin by chain bucket conveyor and bucket lift after cooling by slag cooler, limestone handing system and fly ash handing system transported by compressed air transport. Pneumatic conveying scheme is adopted, and Compressed air for instrument, service, ash handling and chemistry will be united design in the whole plant. This paper is for peer reference and discussion.
