摘要
阿姆河地区地质条件复杂,盐膏层厚度大,目的层压力敏感、安全密度窗口窄、高含硫化氢,裂缝断裂发育,极易发生井漏或恶性井漏并引发漏喷转换,且转换速度快,关井压力高,部分地区还存在"人工次生浅气藏",钻井井控风险极大,前苏联在该地区的钻井事故频发,成功率仅为30%。文章通过对阿姆河地区钻井地质特征及钻井难点的分析,总结、提炼出了川庆钻探在阿姆河地区钻井过程中形成的一系列对付"人工次生浅气藏"、高压盐膏层、窄密度窗口储层等安全钻井的井控技术,在120余口井的钻探中,未发生过一次井喷事故,钻井成功率100%。其中"人工次生浅气藏"的安全钻井技术及反推法处理高压盐水的压井技术具有独特性、新颖性,具有较强的针对性及可操作性,对其它油田在类似地层的钻井具有较好的指导作用。
        The geologic conditions at Amu Darya area are complicated,with thick salt-gypsum,pressure sensitive payzones,narrow mud window,high concentration of hydrogen sulfide,developed fractures and faults,frequently occured losses or extremely severe losses,easily and very quickly converted losses and kicks,high well shut-in pressure,artifical secondary shallow gas reservoir,high well control risk during drilling,and etc.Drilling accidents occured very frequently in this area by former Soviet Union,with a success rate of only 30%. Based on the analysis of drilling geological characteristics and drilling difficulties in Amu Darya River area,in this paper a series of well control techniques solving the difficulties is summed up. And there is no blowout accidents during its application in 120 wells,the success rate of drilling is 100%. Among them,the safe drilling technology for " artificial secondary shallow gas reservoir" and the bull heading method used for high-pressure brine formation are unique and novel,which can be a good guide for similar formations at other oilfields.
