摘要
当破坏性地震发生后,地震应急人员需要在第一时间得到震中位置的详细地理信息,包括震中所在位置、震区行政区划、交通、人口、经济、地形、活动断裂分布、历史地震等。传统方式是以调取地震应急基础数据库内数据并制作专题地图(二维平面图)的形式展示出来,但其无法描述和表达地面的高程和地物的高度。基于此,应急救援决策人员对震中位置的空间认知受限,影响决策者对实地信息的判断,进而影响地震应急救援工作的效率。以Sketch Up建模软件制作表达地震应急专题的三维符号入手,结合开源免费软件抓取的遥感影像数据,利用Arc GIS软件产出地震应急三维专题图,实现了地震应急专题信息在二维介质上的三维立体展示,从而为地震应急救援决策者提供更加逼真、更加准确的地图服务。
        The detailed geographic information of the location of epicenter need to get by the earthquake emergency personnel at the first time after the devastating earthquake happened,and it includes the location of epicenter,zoning administrative division,traffic,population,economy,terrain,active fault distribution,historical earthquake and so on. These information exhibited by the thematic map( two-dimensional plane graph) what made by the data from the earthquake emergency response database in the traditional approach,but it can't describe and express the elevation of the ground and the height of the ground. On this basis,emergency rescue decision-makers will be constrained the spatial cognitive of the epicenter location,affected to determine the field information,and thus affect the efficiency of earthquake emergency rescue work. Sketchup modeling software was used to create three-dimensional symbols for expressing earthquake emergency topics,combined with remote sensing image data captured by open source free software,and outputs seismic emergency three-dimensional thematic maps with arcgis software to realize earthquake emergency thematic information displayed by three-dimensional on two-dimensional media. It hopes to provide more realistic and more accurate mapping services for earthquake emergency rescue decision makers.
