摘要
研究目的:目前大跨度桥上铺设无砟轨道的技术尚不成熟,缺乏实践经验。本文结合西安至延安高铁王家河特大桥的特点,通过刚体动力学方法及有限元方法建立车桥耦合振动模型,分析不同桥梁预拱度和轨道不平顺共同作用下列车过桥时的安全性及平稳性,并参照相应规范给出安全舒适性评价;根据车桥耦合振动模型的仿真结果,利用频谱分析方法,研究不同时速下高低不平顺波长与车体垂向加速度的关联关系,给出列车不同时速的长波不平顺管理建议值。研究结论:(1)跨中预拱值设为(230±20) mm且预拱曲线按照余弦曲线分配时,列车安全性与舒适性能够满足200~350 km/h的通过速度需求;(2)针对长波不平顺管理值,200 km/h时建议大于70 m,250 km/h时建议大于85 m,300 km/h时建议大于100 m,350 km/h时建议大于115 m;(3)本研究结论对大跨度铁路桥梁变形控制和轨道平顺度标准的研究具有参考价值。
        Research purposes: At present,the technology for laying ballastless tracks on long span bridges is still immature and lacks practical experience. Based on the characteristics of Wangjiahe Bridge of Xi'an-Yan'an high speed railway,rigid body dynamics method and finite element method are used to establish the coupled vibration model of the vehicles and bridge,both safety and stability of the bridges under the combined action of different bridge pre-arching values and track irregularity are analyzed,then give a safety and comfort evaluation with reference to the corresponding specifications; According to the simulation results of the coupled vibration model of vehicles and bridge,the correlation analysis between high and low irregularities at different speeds and the vertical acceleration of the vehicle body is studied by using the spectrum analysis method,suggested management values for long wave irregularities of trains at different speeds are given.Research conclusions:( 1) When the pre-arching value is set to( 230 ± 20) mm and the pre-arching curve is distributed according to the cosine curve,the safety and comfort of the train can meet the passing speed requirement of200 km/h ~ 350 km/h;( 2) For long wave irregularity management wavelength,it is recommended to be greater than70 m when speed at 200 km/h,it is recommended to be greater than 85 m when speed at 250 km/h,it is recommended to be greater than 100 m when speed at 350 km/h,it is recommended to be greater than 115 m when speed at 350 km/h;( 3) The research conclusions have reference value for the study of deformation control and track regularity standard of long-span railway bridges.
