截楔刀齿振动切削破岩载荷特性的数值模拟

摘要
为研究碟盘刀具在轴向振动和径向切削复合破岩过程中应力的分布情况及载荷特性,以单个截楔刀齿作为等效分析对象,采用ABAQUS软件建立截楔刀齿等效模型,模拟刀齿破岩过程,分析不同结构下刀齿的应力云图和载荷曲线。结果表明:齿尖部分所受应力远大于齿体部分,且齿体与齿尖所受应力最大值均与刀齿楔面角度正相关;楔入深度增加,应力分布区域由齿体向齿尖处集中。径向载荷的峰值和均值均与齿尖等效半径正相关,且大于轴向载荷的峰值和均值;轴向向下载荷峰值与等效半径正相关,向上载荷峰值和径向载荷均值则负相关;轴向载荷均值受等效半径影响较小。该研究为新型破岩刀具的设计提供了理论依据。
        In order to study the stress distribution and load characteristics of the disc cutter in the process of coal and rock crushing by axial vibration and radial cutting. Taking a single wedge cutter tooth as the equivalent analysis object, the equivalent model of the disc wedge cutter tooth was established by ABAQUS software to simulate the process of breaking coal and rock with the cutter tooth, and the stress cloud picture and load curve of the cutter tooth under different structures were analyzed. The results show that the stress on the tip part is much greater than that on the tooth body,and the maximum stress on the tooth body and the tip is positively correlated with the wedge angle of the cutter tooth; with the increase of wedge depth, the stress distribution area concentrates from the tooth body to the tip.The peak value and average value of radial load are positively correlated with the equivalent radius of tooth tip,and are larger than the peak value and average value of axial load. The axial downward load peak value is positively correlated with the equivalent radius,while the upward load peak value is negatively correlated with the radial load average value. The average axial load is less affected by the equivalent radius. This study provides a theoretical basis for the design of new rock cutting tools.
