我国工程总承包领域研究文献综述

摘要
本文系统梳理了过去十年(2008—2018年)有关工程总承包研究的相关文献,综合采用定性和定量文献分析方法,以CNKI数据库中期刊文献和硕博论文为研究样本进行统计分析。结果表明我国工程总承包领域的研究热点主要集中在EPC模式,设计管理、合同管理、施工管理及风险管控,总承包商、分包商与业主的协调管理,项目管理与项目经理,国际工程、水电工程等五个方面,研究机构主要包括企业与高校两大类。通过对变化趋势的分析,并结合相关实践情况,对未来工程总承包领域的研究进行预测,房屋建筑和市政基础设施项目、营改增、国际工程、海外工程、招投标模式、装配式建筑、安全管理、设计优化和施工管理的重难点等研究将成为今后的热点,最后提出相关建议。
The paper systematically reviews the related literature on engineering general contracting in the past ten years( 2008—2018),adopts qualitative and quantitative literature analysis methods,and takes the selected periodical articles,master and PhD dissertations in this field from CNKI database as the sample of research. The results show that the research hotspots in China's engineering general contracting areas mainly focus on five aspects including EPC mode,design management,contract management,construction management,risk management and control,the coordination management of general contractors, subcontractors and owners, project management and project manager,international engineering,hydropower engineering etc. And research institutions are mainly companies and universities. By analyzing the variation trend and relevant practices,forecasting future research projects of engineering general contracting, housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects,replacing business tax with value-added tax,international projects,overseas projects,tendering and tendering modes,prefabricated buildings,research on safety management,design optimization and construction management will become hot topics in the future,the related suggestions are proposed finally.
