禽偏肺病毒病原学及病毒分离鉴定

摘要
禽偏肺病毒(aMPV)亦称火鸡鼻气管炎病毒,传染性很强,在产蛋火鸡群中,感染该病毒会导致产蛋量下降和蛋壳质量差。文章介绍了禽偏肺病毒的病原学特性、疑似样品的采集与处理及病毒分离鉴定方法。
Avian biased lung virus(aMPV), Turkey rhinotracheitis virus is highly contagious and infects the virus in laying turkey flocks, resulting in poor egg production and poor eggshell quality. This paper introduced the etiological characteristics of avian biased lung virus, the collection and treatment of suspected samples and the method of virus isolation and identification.
