南水北调配套供水管道顶管施工事故处理方案

摘要
顶管技术在地下管网施工中广泛应用,南水北调配套工程主要采用管道供水,其中穿越主要交通道路,均采用顶管的施工方案穿越。顶管施工过程中,当遇到与其他管网正交时,顶管将无法继续,如何继续施工,既能保证管道顺利通过,又能打捞机头出洞,且保护好其他管道,是本文探讨的重点。以邯郸市南水北调配套工程水厂以上输水管道先期二标穿越永年县东三环和露禅大街交叉口工程为例,论述了N1600顶管管线穿越过程中遇到污水管道后,采取了有效方案,成功打捞机头出洞,保证了南水北调配套供水管线的顺利通过。
        The top pipe technology is widely used in the underground pipe network construction, and the South and North water transfer supporting projects mainly use pipeline water supply, among which the main traffic roads are crossed by the top pipe construction scheme. With the development of the city's construction, underground pipelines are becoming more and more complex. During the construction of the top pipe, it is also a normal phenomenon that other pipelines are suddenly encountered. When confronted with orthogonal lines with other pipe networks, the top pipe will not be able to continue, and the nose will remain underground. How to continue construction, It is the focus of this paper to ensure the smooth passage of the pipeline, to salvage the hole in the head and to protect other pipelines. This paper takes the example of the water pipeline above the second standard crossing between Dongsanhuan and Luzen Avenue in Yongnian County as an example, and discusses the DN1600 top pipe. After passing through the sewage pipe, the treatment plan adopted was successfully salvaged. Ensure the smooth passage of the water supply pipeline for the South-North Water Diversion.
