青岛市某农村住宅建筑本体的供暖工况节能潜力分析

摘要
为了降低农村建筑本体能耗,提高室内热舒适性,以青岛市某一农村住宅为例,设计了外墙保温、外窗优化、屋顶保温、增加气密性等节能改造方案,通过DeST能耗模拟分析,比较各项优化措施及整体节能潜力。结果表明,建筑整体改造后节能率为71.05%,节能潜力较大,各项措施中外墙和外窗的节能率分别为31.23%和31.95%,应作为节能改造的重点。结合农村住宅的特点和居民使用习惯,对节能改造的具体措施进行了探讨。
        In order to reduce the energy consumption of rural buildings and improve indoor thermal comfort, an energy-saving renovation scheme of exterior wall insulation, exterior window optimization, roof insulation and air tightness was designed for a rural residential building in Qingdao. Through DeST energy consumption simulation analysis, various optimization measures and overall energy-saving potential were compared. The results show that the energy-saving rate is71.05% and the energy-saving potential is great. The energy-saving rates of the external walls and windows are 31.23% and 31.95% respectively, which should be the focus of energy-saving transformation. Based on the characteristics of rural residential buildings and the habits of residents, the specific measures of energy-saving renovation are discussed.
