摘要
提出了一种实现全自动回收城市道路垃圾和收集城市道路灰尘的新型装置。其中转盘式垃圾回收系统包括垃圾集中装置、垃圾上升装置、垃圾回收箱三个部分;灰尘回收系统包含静电发生器灰尘吸附装置、履带式灰尘运输装置、静电消除器灰尘脱落装置、荷电喷雾灰尘处理装置四个部分。本文阐述了装置的基本工作原理和机械建模图。
This paper proposes a device that can realize the automatic recovery of urban road waste and the collection of urban road dust. These are two different systems. There are three parts in the rotary disc type garbage collection system, namely the garbage concentration device, the garbage lifting device and the garbage collection box. The dust recovery system is divided into four devices, namely electrostatic generator dust adsorption device, crawler dust transport device, electrostatic eliminator dust shedding device, charge spray dust treatment device. The mechanical modelling diagrams of these devices are given, along with the basic principles of the device. Let it be able to fully collect urban road rubbish and dust.
