摘要
针对住宅小区普遍存在的因垃圾箱溢出而引起的脏、乱、差的现状,基于物联网技术,设计了一套垃圾箱智能管理系统方案,该方案通过控制中心和监控平台对小区内所有垃圾箱进行集中管理。装配在各楼宇出入口处的垃圾箱均为智能垃圾箱,箱体中设有用于监测垃圾状态的传感器,自动溢满报警装置和电池,一旦垃圾箱呈现"箱满"的状态,则立即触发溢满报警事件,向控制中心发出"请求倾倒垃圾"的请求,然后由控制中心启动"垃圾倾倒"事件,通知保洁员立即处理。可以从根本上避免垃圾外溢的可能,解决小区环境问题。该方案可应用于智慧小区的物业管理。
        In view of the dirty, disorderly and poor situation caused by the overflow of garbage bins in residential areas, an intelligent management system of garbage bins is designed based on the Internet of Things(IOT). The scheme manages all the garbage bins in residential areas centrally through the control center and monitoring platform. The garbage bins assembled at the entrances and exits of each building are all intelligent garbage bins. The bins are equipped with sensors for monitoring garbage status, automatic overflow alarm devices and batteries, GPS positioning module for collecting garbage bins' position information, and automatic alarm devices and wireless transmitters are connected. Once the garbage bin is full,an overflow alarm event is triggered, a request for dumping is sent to the control center, and then the control center starts the garbage dumping event and notifies the cleaner to deal with it immediately. It can fundamentally avoid the possibility of garbage spill-over and solve the environmental problems in the residential area. The scheme can be applied to the property management of intelligent community.
