武山铜矿新建全尾砂膏体充填系统研究

摘要
膏体充填不仅可以降低单位体积充填成本,而且能有效改善围岩的力学响应状态,进而改变采场结构参数,提高采矿生产效率。为解决目前武山铜矿尾砂胶结充填和水砂充填面临的河砂短缺、尾矿库安全隐患等问题,并为三期扩建工程建设提供技术支撑,考虑武山铜矿实际情况,结合国内充填技术的发展和使用效果,通过设计方案的对比和优化后,采用全尾砂膏体充填技术,新建一套充填系统,既能解决目前已有的充填系统存在的问题,又能提高采矿作业效率,增加尾矿库服务年限。全尾砂膏体充填是目前武山铜矿最合理的选择。
        Paste filling is not only lower the unite volume filling cost, but also effectively improve the mechanical response state of surrounding rock, change stope structure parameters and improve mining production efficiency. In order to solve the problems of river sand shortage and tailings pond safety hazards existed in the process of tailings paste filling and tailings water and sand filling of Wushan Copper Mine at present, and provide technical base for the construction of Phase III extension project, based on the actual situation of the mine, and combing with the development and application results of filling technique in our country, through design scheme comparative and optimization, a new filling system is constructed based on unclassified tailings paste filling technique. The practice results indicated that the newly constructed filling system is not only help for solving the problems of the existing filling systems, but also improving mining operation efficiency and extending tailings pond service life. The above results further indicate that unclassified tailings paste filling technique is the optimal section of Wushan Copper Mine at present.
